Almost A 5 Star

This is my first ever iPhone I've been a Android user all my life and I have had a cell phone before they were called a smartphone. I just don’t like The fact that you can’t Customize your phone the way you would like with different launchers different icons. You can’t put the icon where you want to be and there’s just too many workarounds that you have to do in order to get this done and the way Apple nickel and dimes you for everything Everything. Anyway, I have been enjoying my iPhone 14 plus Product red color. I’ve had going on almost a year and I have my main Sim for the first six months and I just couldn’t do it anymore. I had to put it into my Nothing Phone. Anyway, for $7.00 Dollars a months for the 256 GB is Definitely worth it. Great battery life probably the best out of all my devices. And I have quite a few phones in my arsenal from flagships to Midrangers and budgets. 60 Hz is something you’ll have to get used to especially if you're Coming from Another flagship. Spare pretty good experience for my first iPhone And yes, I would recommend this Phone especially if you get for under $500

Decent phone overall, but horrible battery life after 1 and a half years of use

This is an overall decent phone. Good screen, decent cameras, decent performance, but this phones battery life is absolutely 😣 . After 1 and a half years of use, I can’t even get through a whole day of use without it running out of battery. Although this is a cheaper alternative to the pro models, it is pretty much a rip off. Even the base pro model of the 14 is probably better than this phone. Better cameras, Dynamic Island, and a better screen and refresh rate. Overall, this phone does the job fairly well, but if you want a better screen, better battery life, and overall better experience, please upgrade to the pro models. it is only like a hundred or a couple hundred more for way better features and performance

First Iphone and it seems fine.

This is my first iPhone I have ever bought for myself. I have worked on plenty of them and as both Android and iPhone evolve, I am starting to see a lot of likenesses with some differences. Honestly if they both take from each other we could all have the perfect phone. If you are a regular iPhone buyer, don't upgrade from the 13 unless you are worried about getting in an accident. If you are an old iPhone user, this is a great upgrade. The face id is nice but some of the latest Android phones use face id and drop you into your home screen, not the iPhone it unlocks it and you have to swipe up. This does not bug me but if that is important keep it in mind. I like to close my back ground tasks which Android has a close all, but iPhone doesn't. Like Android, iPhone tries to keep you in the garden which is fine, but Apple is flexible enough to allow all your android services to move over to your iPhone which is nice. The hardware is on par with some of the top Android phones in some areas, but Apple is superior in photo and smoothness. The top Android phones do have the smoothness and quality photos but do not have the extra features for picture processing. You won't suffer having either, but the iPhone pricing is on par with the top Android phones and why not go with some superior hardware? Some feel they get better support with Apple; this comes at a cost, but I understand it. Apple like Google makes sure that you will likely run out of space and will offer to only charge you a nominal amount each month to increase your storage. I call this a toss up, because both companies do this practice. As far as moving from Apple to Apple or even Android to Apple, it was very simple as long as you know your passwords going into the process. I hope this helps some of you decide, the larger screen of the plus is wonderful for my older eyes, but my son prefers is regular iPhone.

Great Phone overall, except…

I have had both Android and IOS phones for years. Business and personal. This IPhone 14 Plus, has a lot of good features for those looking to upgrade from you current device. Screen size is definitely the first! Next I like the battery life and even the time to charge is pretty fast. Horrible business got sold stolen phone

I'll give you a very bad review if I could give you zero and -100 stars I would in a heartbeat because you sold me a phone that was reported lost or stolen that I paid $600 for for my daughters birthday present I had to return the phone Almost 2 weeks ago and I still have not been reimbursed. My $600 yet this is very poor and professional business. I will never buy a phone through Walmart ever again. I would not recommend you to anyone horrible customer service and like I said, your company sold me a stolen phone that could not be activated, I paid $600 for I didn't get that money back yet and I got told I would not get paid for the shipping and handling fee that I paid for all around. Not Unlocked

Bought the iPhone and immediately fell in love with it, I was skeptical about it at first seeing it was used but phone came in PERFECT condition, runs smooth and turned on no problem. Here’s my problem. I went to transfer my old number from Straight Talk because this is an eSIM phone and I talked to multiple representatives arguing with them about my phone because they kept telling me it was locked when it is not. I figure it was a straight talk thing and took the phone to MetroPCS where they told me the EXACT same thing. The phone is locked. I can not find the carrier it is locked to and I would’ve honestly given a 5 star if it was working properly. I was false advertised that this was an unlocked phone which is why I bought when it indeed is NOT unlocked. iPhone 14 plus

My last iPhone was an iPhone X. I had that for 5 years. I switched to android for a little while to try something different as I’ve primarily been an Apple user for years now. At first I didn’t mind too much but when I decided to switch back to the iPhone again I decided on purchasing the 14 model. So far I have absolutely zero complaints. The phone is amazing compared to my last phone and also a great upgrade from my previous iPhone. I’m not huge on pictures aside from the usual everyday stuff. So I didn’t need a pro model iPhone. The speed of the phone handles any apps or games that I’ve tried so far. Battery life I can easily get a full 24 hours on a single charge and usually a lot more. For example TJ Maxx and Marshall’s have had significant Apple accessories for 14 and older as well as many Apple Watch accessories too. So that has saved me a significant amount of money. Best Buy doesn’t offer such deals on cases etc. , regardless of the model they charge the usual full price amount. However if you already have an iPhone 13 I don’t believe that this is the device for you as the upgrades aren’t too far off from what you already have. I can’t justify spending that much money on an upgrade that isn’t truly an upgrade but more like an update if you will. I would either go for the 15 pro or pro max or wait for a newer iPhone. The regular 15 and 15 plus do not have as good of a USB-C port as its pro version. But the iPhone 15 plus has the longer lasting battery of the 4 available. If you’re just an everyday user that doesn’t need the faster charging/data transfer USB-C port or the pro camera features then that would be the way to go.

upgraded from 8 plus

I loved my 8 plus so I waited until I couldn't wait any longer to get a new phone. The 15's were already out but I didn't think I needed to go that route since I didn't need a crazy over the top camera (my 8 plus was fine) so I opted for the 14 plus, not the 14 pro. I have had mine a few days now and it was painless to adapt to the new device. The only real difference is the home button and I got used to that the first day. It is true there doesn't seem to be a zoom on the camera so I zoom in using my fingers to adjust the screen prior to taking the photo and that works just fine. When they transferred my 8 to my 14, everything transferred perfectly so I didn't need to make any changes in my settings.
