When I first got the 7 Plus in 2017, I was blown away. I was coming from an iPhone 5S, so the extra screen space made Instagram photos look incredibly gorgeous, and the performance was great. And now, five years later, the performance is still pretty great, with the exception of battery life—I have to charge it pretty much constantly, but with Low Power Mode it doesn’t bleed juice *too* badly when I’m away from a charger. I kind of hate Apple’s whole planned obsolescence deal, so I wouldn’t be surprised if performance gets worse as the iOS undergoes more updates, but knock wood we’re doing well so far! The only complaint I might have with this is the water resistance. The apple warranty does not cover water damage yet, and its rating makes it good to be fully submerged in up to 3 feet for 30 minutes. With all the sealing Snapple added, you would think they would just completely waterproof everything else. But the water resistance is a nice feature since if it gets splashed or even submerged for a short time means it wont destroy the phone. Do Better

It was terrible. The phone came with the same battery service issue as the iPhone 7 I’m replacing and the cord doesn’t stay in the charging port... I have tried returning it to 2 Walmart’s so far and customer service was down both times not to mention none of the employees know that the phone can be returned to the Walmart they instructed me to Fed Ex since the original packaging said Fed Ex instead of Walmart... My biggest complaint however is to the seller, when I called to tell them this phone was worse than my old one they dismissed it with “well we can give u $29 towards the cost to replace the battery” NOPE bc it wasn’t supposed to come needing to be serviced then they responded with “well u can just take it back to any Walmart is there anything else u need?” ... MoreIt was terrible. Swelling battery

My son saved his money to purchase his first phone. Nothing but problems from the start with this seller. Charged for fast shipping, took almost 3 weeks to arrive. It came with a phone number still attached to system.... ???? No answer given why. And lastly, in less than 5 months of use, the battery inside started to melt and swell, causing front and back of screen to split apart. Was told it was top of the line battery, not the case. Repair shop disagreed with that.No more refurbished phones for us. What a headache.

Very Poor Quality Refurb - Cannot Keep

This seller shipped me a phone that was refurbished completely incorrectly. A screen was used that did not fit the Iphone 7 Plus. This left a large gap between the glass and the phone around the entire perimeter of the phone. This gap is unacceptable. Clearly a non-OEM part was used for this refurb, even though OEM parts were stated would be used. This phone would be susceptible to water infiltration with even slight exposure to moisture as the electronics are essentially exposed to the elements. Additionally the raised glass causes the home button to be recessed an unnatural amount. Do not purchase from this seller, very poor quality products.

iPhone 7plus Review

My overall experience was nothing I imagined it to be at first! Though this TikTok page was booming with other people’s questions I lowkey thought there were possibilities of it being a scam. Nonetheless, I put faith in my order and trust that they would be true to their word and who they say they are! So said! So done! They came through y’all, ordered the phone January 11th and got a free 2 day shipping which arrived on January 13th. Phone came well packaged, everything for a new phone was there in the box, no scratches, no damage of such sort. Camera quality was just the same as my old one and the battery health came 100%. I know reviews always play a tremendous role in sales so from me to you, here is your sign of faith to purchase and support this business.

poor quality

the phone that i received is in very poor condition. there’s marks all over the phone. the back is stained. the battery health is at 71%. when it gets below 58% it shuts down, when i plug it back in it shows 10%. the battery lasts about 20 minutes until it’s back down at 58% and does the whole cycle over again, making it unusable. i’m very disappointed.the shipping was very fast, got here a day earlier than expected. however i will be returning it.
