Apple iPhone SE (2020) New Battery 128GB Black - Good - Refurbished

This is a great little phone for us practical folks who don’t often upgrade but still want a phone with most of the nicer features that are on the bigger more expensive phones. I actually have an old Gen 1 SE still being an awesome little phone that still works great and that led me to pick the newer SE up when it came out. I barely early adopt any new tech when it comes out unless I really believe in it and this phone mostly delivers. A huge bonus for me on this one is it still has the home button. I just prefer having a tactile button that I can feel, you know? As for the rest of the phone, again, decent for the price. Good sound quality, fast, has all the features I want out of a phone. It is a phone after all and not a camera so it definitely gets the job done. If you want a better camera though you’ll have to shell out for the more expensive phones however. Or, you know, an actual camera. My biggest gripe with all iPhones I’ve used, with this being no exception, is battery life. It seems great at first and within a year or so you definitely notice it become shorter and shorter. I don’t know if that’s Apples forced obsolescence trying to push you to a new phone every year that you really don’t need. I don’t know if they just use inferior batteries to make money selling you a replacement battery. All I know is that it doesn’t matter what phone it is from Apple, the battery will always be a huge let down. This alone is the reason in fairness I can not give this phone 5 stars.

Don't Buy "Straight Talk" iPhones!!!!

Beware of Straight Talk / Tracfone Wireless (bought by Verizon)....and the phones that Walmart sells for their service plan. My Mom has been using Straight Talk for 10 years, the last 3 of them on an iPhone SE2 she bought in 2020 in a Straight Talk box at Walmart. We had some problems activating it because Straight Talk said they couldn't do it since she bought it in one city and was using towers in another (the phone %23 was from the area she purchased it). 🙄 We actually got help from Apple to tell Straight Talk what to do to get the service to work. Customer service was absolutely refusing to help and the guy (Geody) who talked with us was more rude than anything I've experienced in the world of customer service (which says a lot).JUST DON'T USE STRAIGHT TALK AND VERIZON IF YOU CAN HELP IT! They've been a huge headache. Even if it means a new phone, we are glad to be done with them. Another FYI: They do not send an "invoice" or even have a printable bill, only shows the transaction amount. Which makes it impossible to show they knew which device was used. Part of the scheme. 😕

Great Way to Get a Mobile Phone at Walmart

Walmart makes it so easy to buy a mobile phone. There are so many phones to choose from. If you want a new phone or a refurbished phone to save even more money, Walmart has you covered. I like the new phones myself but the choices are yours. Plus, Walmart has so many accessories to go with your phones. New battery, a new case, even a protected screen, Walmart can even walk you through setting up your phone at the store. Just remember to bring your old phone with all the passwords you made. It will go so much smoother. Bring a notepad and a good pen and write down everything, like your new ID: updated address, and else to make its much easier to transfer your number over. I love this iPhone! It is so great. The camera is a lot better than my old Samsung Galaxy. The storage is amazing, especially if you pay a dollar a month for more iCloud storage. It is such a good size and fits in my pocket. Some phones are too big for that these days. The only big problem is the the battery life. The battery drains really quickly. I don't constantly use my phone and at most am on it three hours a day, at most!! Most days though I use it for two hours in total and it lasts throughout the day to text and occasionally play a game or two, then I plug it in when I go to bed. It charges pretty quickly, which is good.If you use your phone a lot and still want this one, I recommend getting an Apple Watch. THREE big issues:(1) "Total by Verizon" and "Verizon" are two different companies. The phrase "Locked to Total by Verizon" led me to think I was purchasing a new phone, which I could add to my existing WiFi contract with Verizon; NOT so. In order to use this phone, I would be required to sign up for a minimum of 2-months of service with Total by Verizon. I have no intention of changing from Verizon as my WiFi service provider.(2) This item was not identified on the Walmart website as pre-owned.(3) The phone that I received has a different code number than the number listed on the inside box label. My Red SE

I have to be truthful and I thought that maybe it would be just ur average used phone purchase like here's ur phone thanks bye but it was nothing like that. I got my phone and checked it out completely. It was clean through and through, the screen was perfect, when I opened the box I noticed it had styrofoam to keep it from moving around and on top of all that inside the box was a clear case an extra charging cord and a pop socket to hold the phone with and that's not all. It also had the card to register my phone and it showed me warranty information tooI've bought used phones before and other people don't to those lengths to make sure your all set. New phone same as old phone

I dropped my iphone 6s and cracked the screen and was having touch issues. I imagined my battery was insufficient to handle my growing need for more complex apps so I decided on this one. It looks exactly like the 6s and if I didn't see that it had 64gig instead of 32gig I would not notice a difference. The battery may be marginally better but not notably. The speed is pretty much the same and the range of brightness is exactly the same. The size is exactly the same. Touch id exactly the same. Where I was really disappointed is they now charge me for incoming calls and they did not before. I guess they used the change in phones as an excuse to up the ante. The phone came on time and packaged in a box that well protected the phone. The phone came with a charger; cord and “block”. The phone also came with a free SIM card for Ting Mobile. The phone has very minimal damage as far as scratches or other defects. There’s a couple scratches, minor, on the screen, but other than that, the phone itself is in great shape. There is NO SIM push pin to use to put a SIM card into the phone. I had one so I was ok with this issue. The charger that was sent, kept flipping a breaker in my electrical box, and now (day 1) the charger does not work any longer. The battery life of the phone is “significantly degraded and in need of repair or replacement”. The battery maximum charging strength is only 78%. Looks and acts like a brand new phone! I am VERY impressed! No scratches, dents etc. Cleaned up good as new. I can tell the screen has been replaced, but no big deal there. All functions work perfectly. This phone is a STEAL for the price!! iPhone 8 broke, so I replaced it with this. Put my SIM card into this new phone and added straight talk minutes on it, and it worked right away! Everything transferred perfectly and no issues with straight talk on switching! I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend this phone in general. It has the brains of a newer iPhone version, but the looks of the 6/7/8s for those of us who still enjoy having the home button and a smaller sized phone.
