I absolutely love my new iPhone XS! The battery health is at 95% so it’s practically a brand new battery in here. It’s a very beautiful looking phone and is very responsive especially with the face recognition. That works very well even in low light settings, or if you have sunglasses and a hat on. I was surprised at how accurate that was. The battery lasts all day easily and I’ve hardly had any issues with apps crashing or anything like that. I would definitely recommend this for anybody that is looking to upgrade their phone. The one I got is fully unlocked to GSM and CDMA networks so you can use it for any cell phone provider as long as you have a SIM card which it does not come with. I bought my device from the Mazuma mobile. It came in a generic box with a generic usb-a cable and needle. No papers or original accessories. Device was functional. There were 2 issues with the device but they helped me for both: - The item was not the same as the description (there were some scratches). After my complaint, they ordered a small refund. - 2 months later, the phone's IMEI blacklisted and cellular network stopped. After my complaint, they said the issue is related with the previous customer of the phone. Reportedly they contacted with previous customer and blacklist removed. So, customer service was responsive. However, you should check everything and be a conscious customer.

Pleased! If you’re looking for a smaller phone that has the same high quality features and tech as the larger iPhones, you will not be disappointed with this one. I love it!

I had ordered a "Refurbished (Excellent) - Apple iPhone 12 Pro 256GB Smartphone" from this vendor Device Care. First of all, it was poorly packaged. The phone was loose in the box, without any wrapping protecting it! Then I found that the screen had not just "barely noticeable hair line scratches", but a number of small dents in the glass, mostly in the upper corner. There was a number of scratches and small dents on the sides but that is normal as the sides of iPhones are very difficult to maintain in perfect condition even in a protective case. Overall, it was a phone in GOOD condition that had been used without a screen protector. Then I switched it on, configured it, and checked the battery health: 88%. So NOT A NEW BATTERY! Disappointed

This Iphone XS appeared to be in new condition with a screen protector pre-installed. There was a blemish on the screen, however, I had to remove the screen protector to determine if it was the screen or screen protector. It took a significant amount of time to update. Once in use, the screen function seemed intermittent with the screen freezing. The phone began typing on its own. I completed a reset, followed by factory restore and went to my provider for a new sim card. The phone is working with continued intermittent screen freezing. Disappointed it cannot be returned at my local best buy. Additionally, it was shipped by an international company. It is a significant risk purchasing a refurbished phone.

Nothing but problems

I would never buy a phone from Best Buy again. Nothing but problems a month into using this phone. You have such a short window to return this phone that any issues might not show up until you start using it.To start the battery life was awful 79%. You would think a refurbished phone wouldn’t come with a battery that says “service” but I overlooked this because it seemed fine for a few weeks. Now my phone freezes and glitches every day. And it also shuts off randomly when the battery life still shows 30-40%. Ivr given Best Buy a few chances with other products. It is becoming an un trustworthy source. I feel disappointed. It’s like throwing out a few hundred dollars

Think well before going for a refurbished product

Pro's - The product recieved was in great shape. LOOKED as good as new.Con's - There is a list, so bear with me1. The phone had non-branded replaced screen and battery which I came to know when I diagnozed the phone2. Because the battery is not an authentic replacement, the phone shuts off interminently and then you need to plug it in to get it back running3. Now Ill have to go to apple store to replace the parts with original parts for the phone to get running properly which will cumulatively cost me more than the actual pricing.Overall, I would probably hold back from buying refurbished product unless the seller has a good number of positive reviews or the product is assured with original replaced parts.

Went from IPhone 13 pro back to Phone XS

I’ve had a numerous range of devices. Pixel 6 and 6 Pro. Every iPhone except for the XR and 14 series. My last few devices were ok ( 12 pro , 13 pro , 12 mini , 12 and 13 mini ) but I think it’s safe to say something was missing. I fell in love with the X series and wish I could’ve gotten a device in great condition however none were in stock. I received a Xs in about 6.8/10 condition with a battery health percentage of 86%. I wish it could’ve been in a little bit better shape but it’ll have to suffice. I was forced to update to iOS 16 after completing the setup. These devices remind me of a time when apple was still innovative and improving. Now it seems as though all the devices are the same and evolving them has been stagnant.
