Then one day the cellular completely stopped working and it said I needed to download the update for it to work. Unlike the other iPhones and MacBooks I’ve owned in the past with durability of steel, I treated this iPhone X like a pampered princess. It didn’t go running with me in the rain, was never exposed to water, never stopped, and had zero screen cracks. Yet somehow it was the only one to go. Apparently this hardware issue is relatively common with iPhone X, but fortunately they seem to have corrected it with newer models.

I absolutely love my new iPhone XS! The battery health is at 95% so it’s practically a brand new battery in here. It’s a very beautiful looking phone and is very responsive especially with the face recognition. That works very well even in low light settings, or if you have sunglasses and a hat on. I was surprised at how accurate that was. The battery lasts all day easily and I’ve hardly had any issues with apps crashing or anything like that. I would definitely recommend this for anybody that is looking to upgrade their phone. The one I got is fully unlocked to GSM and CDMA networks so you can use it for any cell phone provider as long as you have a SIM card which it does not come with. It does come with a SIM tool as well as a generic charger and short cable ... MoreI absolutely love my new iPhone XS! The battery health is at 95% so it’s practically a brand new battery in here. I was initially unsure about buying a ‘renewed’ iPhone 12 from Amazon and the vendor, Phones Direct uk only had a few ratings but all 100% positive. I went for it and couldn’t be happier (and relived) when it arrived. Quick delivery, well packaged and the phone looked brand new other than not having the protective film on the screen. As it was a ‘renewed’ product I probably spent extra time trying my hardest to find imperfections, tiny scratches etc but couldn’t find a thing, perfect condition. Not sure the plug and charging cable are original but they work as well as my existing apple cable and plug. The quick start guide included is a Phones Direct uk guide rather than an apple one but it was all I needed (the phone does it all for you). Based on my experience, I would buy a renewed product from Phones Direct Uk again.

Disappointed
27 September 2022

This Iphone XS appeared to be in new condition with a screen protector pre-installed. There was a blemish on the screen, however, I had to remove the screen protector to determine if it was the screen or screen protector. It took a significant amount of time to update. Once in use, the screen function seemed intermittent with the screen freezing. The phone began typing on its own. I completed a reset, followed by factory restore and went to my provider for a new sim card. The phone is working with continued intermittent screen freezing. Disappointed it cannot be returned at my local best buy. Additionally, it was shipped by an international company. It is a significant risk purchasing a refurbished phone.

Great product! But just be aware...
6 April 2023

The phone arrived in pretty near-perfect condition. No noticeable scratches, extremely little wear... it practically looked brand new. Over the last few days it's been fully operational. The battery's capacity was at 87%, but that's fairly reasonable for a used product. My only gripe so far is that the charging cable that came with it felt non-legitimate, but eh, fair enough.However... be cautious as to which seller is offering the phone. I've seen the "sold and shipped" section change from Device Care to Lucells. My purchase was from Device Care, not anyone else. From looking at Device Care's overall reviews, it looks like they'll replace broken screens / batteries them with non-legitimate / non-certified parts. Would be a hassle for you to get a broken phone and have to send it back.

Phone was great but the battery was bad
25 December 2022

I ordered his phone after days if thinking from the supplier known as Mobile Joe on Best Buy. The phone literally came in like 15-16 hours after ordering it was great tbh. The box came with the charging cable the cube, a phone case and the phone itself which was in absolute excellent condition from every angle. It legit looked pretty much brand new but when I checked the battery life it showed me it was 76% which is real bad. I contacted the seller and they told me that the phone shouldn’t go out without a battery life of <85% so offered me a refund or exchange. I sent the product back with no shipping cost but unfortunately they didn’t have the phone in stock anymore so I just took the refund. Overall great customer service and product but it was faulty.

Ripper iPhone 11Pro.
12 January 2023

Great iPhone 11 Pro. Has 256 G that is heaps more than I need. Easy to use. Has Face ID as well as passcode. Extremely clear definition of photos. Very long battery life. Bought this brand new in box. Never been opened. Great value. I updated my iPhone from 6 to 11 Pro. Need to get use to swiping more than just pressing home button. I am very happy with the iPhone 11Pro. Photo shows extra back cover I purchased to protect the original silver casing. Front of iPhone 11 Pro I added an extra glass sheet cover for extra protection.

Think well before going for a refurbished product
13 February 2023

Pro's - The product recieved was in great shape. LOOKED as good as new.Con's - There is a list, so bear with me1. The phone had non-branded replaced screen and battery which I came to know when I diagnozed the phone2. Because the battery is not an authentic replacement, the phone shuts off interminently and then you need to plug it in to get it back running3. Now Ill have to go to apple store to replace the parts with original parts for the phone to get running properly which will cumulatively cost me more than the actual pricing.Overall, I would probably hold back from buying refurbished product unless the seller has a good number of positive reviews or the product is assured with original replaced parts.

Went from IPhone 13 pro back to Phone XS
14 September 2022

I’ve had a numerous range of devices. Pixel 6 and 6 Pro. Every iPhone except for the XR and 14 series. My last few devices were ok ( 12 pro , 13 pro , 12 mini , 12 and 13 mini ) but I think it’s safe to say something was missing. I fell in love with the X series and wish I could’ve gotten a device in great condition however none were in stock. I received a Xs in about 6.8/10 condition with a battery health percentage of 86%. I wish it could’ve been in a little bit better shape but it’ll have to suffice. I was forced to update to iOS 16 after completing the setup. These devices remind me of a time when apple was still innovative and improving. Now it seems as though all the devices are the same and evolving them has been stagnant. I should be okay with this phone ... MoreI’ve had a numerous range of devices. Pixel 6 and 6 Pro. Every iPhone except for the XR and 14 series. decent size with great features

This was an upgrade for me from the i-Phone 6 plus so while the screen is about the same size it's still a huge improvement because the storage on the phone the seller sent me was actually 512 gb! My old 6 plus was only the 64 gb which means I have 8 times the storage in the XS. Also important is the fact that the XS runs the latest version of the ios and my old 6 plus could only update to ios 13 and that was a problem for me because the apps I use for my job are designed to run on ios 15 or newer. Also I really like having face id instead of the fingerprint sensor. I do miss using the home button but I have found after using the XS for about 1 month I don't miss the home button. the wireless charging is also a huge improvement from older iPhones, and is extremely ... MoreThis was an upgrade for me from the i-Phone 6 plus so while the screen is about the same size it's still a huge improvement because the storage on the phone the seller sent me was actually 512 gb!
