Apple iPhone XS 64GB Space Grey - Excellent - Certified Refurbished

HiI have received the phone and very disappointed. I feel like I been ripped off. I have paid for an excellent quality phone and I do agree the first phone was excellent condition and with minor no scratches and 100% battery health and looks new but broken speakers. So I return it and got a new one and it was worse. It has Scratch all over 99% of the side and small dents bottom of the screen has gap to the base and 84% battery health, seriously?? And you called it excellent quality? I called it a killed average quality. it been dropped multiple times and had bad life before. I am really pissed off and it’s cheating. Ordered the “As New” iPhone XS because I wanted something that was cosmetically like new and the ad said “Refurbished in pristine condition and looks and functions 100% as new”.What I received was a phone that had several scratches. I would expect some very minor scuffs etc but if I’m buying an “as new” product in “pristine” condition then it should look almost immaculate.It also was not fully refurbished. It came with a drained battery that had a max capacity of 77%.They were willing for me to return it to them but could not promise they would be able to replace it our fix the issues. The phone works fine and still looks nice. But if you’re expecting it to be as advertised, it will not be.

I’ve had this same iPhone for years and I love it! I’m not even sure if they still make or sell it anymore since it’s so old and wasn’t/not so popular. I like the higher size of Gbs too! I did however have have to purchase more iCloud storage since I’ve used it all up. I love the size of it too. I’m not a huge fan of the big phones and how they keep getting bigger and bigger and bigger. I love how this size phone can easily fit into my back pockets, small bags like wristlets, purses, and so on. It’s a perfect fit in my hands too! If they still make this version of iPhones and you want something that’s not not so big, then I highly recommend this Xs iPhone version!

This iPhone came in excellent condition. No scratches or dings. I ordered the phone on a Friday and it arrived that Tuesday. Phone was unlocked and cleared as promised so set up was easy. There are some minor issues. Battery capacity reads 100%, however, it's not. When the phone gets to 12% or so, it turns itself off with no warning and will not come back on until it gets put on a charger for a bit. This is a bit of an annoying issue but isn't the end of the world, I guess. It's gotten hot a few times to where it starts acting wonky. When hot, it gets slow and the apps start to freeze up and glitch. When the phone cools down (gets restarted as well), it returns back to it's normal functionality. Overall good product for what I paid for it

A Great Phone!

The iPhone size is perfect for me. The display images are very crisp and text easy to read. Takes great photographs. Very easy to setup. Transferring data from my old iPhone to the iPhone Xs was very simple process. The space gray color was nice too. Also, having 256 GB of storage space was plenty photographs, videos, apps, and documents. One more thing, this iPhone Xs is brand new and came in its original sealed packaging. It included the charging adapter, lightning cable, earphones and documentation.

The battery's capacity was at 87%, but that's fairly reasonable for a used product. My only gripe so far is that the charging cable that came with it felt non-legitimate, but eh, fair enough.However... be cautious as to which seller is offering the phone. I've seen the "sold and shipped" section change from Device Care to Lucells. Phone was great but the battery was bad

I ordered his phone after days if thinking from the supplier known as Mobile Joe on Best Buy. The phone literally came in like 15-16 hours after ordering it was great tbh. The box came with the charging cable the cube, a phone case and the phone itself which was in absolute excellent condition from every angle. It legit looked pretty much brand new but when I checked the battery life it showed me it was 76% which is real bad. I contacted the seller and they told me that the phone shouldn’t go out without a battery life of <85% so offered me a refund or exchange. I sent the product back with no shipping cost but unfortunately they didn’t have the phone in stock anymore so I just took the refund. Overall great customer service and product but it was faulty.

decent size with great features

This was an upgrade for me from the i-Phone 6 plus so while the screen is about the same size it's still a huge improvement because the storage on the phone the seller sent me was actually 512 gb! My old 6 plus was only the 64 gb which means I have 8 times the storage in the XS. Also important is the fact that the XS runs the latest version of the ios and my old 6 plus could only update to ios 13 and that was a problem for me because the apps I use for my job are designed to run on ios 15 or newer. Also I really like having face id instead of the fingerprint sensor. honest review
