I had purchased these for my Grandsons.. we been having a time trying to download the newer version ; they will be able to down load games to play.. It’s like what’s the use if they can’t play games. It keeps saying it failed.. One of the camera will not allow to take pictures when switching it to the other did.. it only allow them to do selfies. I did get a 2 warranty.. I have a feeling it’s going to be some stuff with the warranty.

Disappointing

I am returning this iPod. I tried to set it up for my child but this version is not compatible and can’t upload from iCloud. I had to upload apps individually. Also, when I download the apps individually I have to download an older version which makes me think this thing won’t work after a while.

Excellent product for the money.

This was "Like New", meaning pretty close to new, but it was pre-owned. Whoever had it before forgot to disassociate their iPod 6th generation, that I have now, from their iMac. I was only able to restore 138 songs from the over 1,000 pre-purchased songs I had from a confiscated computer and iPhone 4S from six years ago. Perhaps if I pay for a subscription to iCloud, the rest will come back. Not bad for the price of a Like New iPod; I'm happy with it. Came with a protective case, and touchscreen protector, and everything else it said it would. The iPod touch would not connect to a public network for some reason, but would connect to my mobile hotspot. Bluetooth works great. Lighter and thinner than the 80 GB iPod Classic. Amazing. Love It, Hate That Spotify Doesn't Support It :(

iPod was packaged well and delivered in two business days via FedEx. No scratches or indications that the device was previosly used, even though it was ranked as "Used Fair Condition". Battery life seems pretty good as well, considering its age. My one and only complaint (no fault of the seller) is that 6th Generation iPod IOS is NOT compatible with Spotify! I researched forums and without hacking the iPod, there is no way to update the IOS to a compatible version due to the physical onboard memory. This, unfortuneately, may be a deal breaker form me :(

POOR QUALITY CONTROL

Poor quality control. As soon as I open the box right away, you can tell something was wrong with the screen. There was a small air bubble inside the screen. You can actually feel half of the right side of the screen click when you tap on it I’m 100% sure it’s not supposed do that. I did contact main seller about this issues. I was put on hold never heard back from them??? I wasn’t giving any options to the problem. When a company doesn’t stand by their product I don’t think I would buy from that company again. I wish I was able to upload video so customers would be able to see what I’m talking about

Works, but not for long.

I got this for my daughter for Christmas. It doesn’t stay charged, and the screen is starting to go out. After playing on it for 20 minutes, the screen started to look like it was color reversed. I had it fully charged the night before, and it was dead after 30 minutes of use. It looks refurbished, but there’s no way it actually was. If it is refurbished, their standards are really low for what quality is.

Great for the kids. 6th Gen iPod touch can connect to WiFi and still has a few working apps is a plus. I bought two, only issue is that the battery life is not wonderful and of course with no more Apple updates you won’t be able to download most apps like Spotify. FaceTime and iMessage is great though when you refuse to buy your kids a smart phone,
