Apple Keyboard with Numeric Keypad - Keyboard - USB - English

Battery life is impressive. This wireless keyboard is an absolute game changer, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The keyboard's low-profile scissor mechanism keys provide a remarkable typing experience. The wireless connectivity of this keyboard is a true convenience. In conclusion, the Apple Magic Keyboard with Numeric Keypad is a five-star product that delivers on all fronts. The build quality is excellent, as expected from an Apple product, and it feels sturdy yet lightweight.

The Apple Magic Keyboard in white is a sleek and reliable accessory that lives up to its reputation. The minimalist design and low-profile keys offer a smooth typing experience, and the Bluetooth connectivity is seamless, making it easy to pair with multiple Apple devices. The battery life is impressive, lasting weeks on a single charge. However, the lack of backlit keys can be a drawback for those who work in low-light environments. Overall, it’s a solid, stylish keyboard that complements any Apple setup, but it could benefit from a few more features.

The Apple Magic Keyboard with Numeric Keypad is a well-built, comfortable, and stylish keyboard with a handy numeric keypad. However, the high price tag, lack of backlighting, and limited functionality make it a tough sell for everyone. If you're a die-hard Apple fan who values minimalism and a clean desk aesthetic, and you frequently use the numeric keypad, then it might be worth the splurge. But for most users, there are more affordable and feature-rich options available.

Color: White I was using a Bluetooth keyboard, but the connection often disconnected and it was a hassle to reconnect, so I bought a wired keyboard that seemed compatible with Mac. The shortcut keys for copying and pasting are also convenient without disconnecting. The downside is that the Return key is small. Overall satisfaction is quite high. Slim, simple, light and beautiful design. It's stylish and I love it.

Good ergonomics, less than wonderful long-term reliability.

Like this keyboard more than any other I've ever used. Primarily because of the small travel distance of the keys. Makes my two-fingered typing almost speedy and reduces number of mis-hit keys for me. Black lettering on white background is more user-friendly in various lighting conditions. It's quiet in use too. Downside is that these appear to break down relatively early in their life, if the number of defective ones on ebay and my personal experience are anything to go by. I'm on my third in 15 years and that's with what i would class as below average usage hours per day.

Great Price For an OEM Product - Take That, Apple!

This was an OEM keyboard, as advertised, and at a great price! Just what I was looking for.You see, I bought my MAC used and it came with an after market keyboard and mouse. The CAPS LOCK LED indicator on the CAPS LOCK key did not work reliably and the manufacturer of that keyboard said it was because of a proprietary design and that Apple refused to work with them to resolve the issue.Angered by this. I didn’t want to "reward "Apple by paying the ridiculous price they charge for a new keyboard because they deliberately made a necessary keyboard function “proprietary.”So, I went searching and found this one 61% cheaper than Apple sells it on their website! Take that, Apple!

Great to type on, but the build quality is poor and they don't last

These are great to type on, easy, almost silent, keys. They look well designed, the solid chunk of aluminum gives an impression of great build quality and they sit firmly on a desk. But unfortunately they break down in quite moderate use. Usually what happens is one of the keys stops working. I have had four in about ten years. Two were thrown out. The third is being used at present, but the space bar is failing intermittently and its going to have to go pretty soon. A fourth was bought used on Ebay to replace it and unknown to the vendor one of the (infrequently used) keys had stopped working on it. If you look at the number being sold on Ebay as 'parts only' or with a defective key, they are many, and that's an indication. After the last experience I'm giving up on them, and going to either the Mxkeys S or the Microsoft Surface wireless. Or a Cherry. There are a couple of quiet choices from them. These ones are best avoided. A pity, since when they work they are a pleasure.

I just had to have another wired keyboard with numeric keypad.

For several years I was stuck having to buy wireless third party keyboards to use with my older iMacs, because my keyboards had worn out. I simply do not like wireless anything; they seem to be futtzier and subject to signal interference. I'm 76 years old and have become a little cantankerous with what I really like. I've also been retired for sixteen years and have been busier than I ever was at a day job. I've ben an editor for 40 yours and I haven't even slowed down. I rely on my computers and accessories. I've been using computers (from the mainframes of the 1960s, to every iteration in between, up to the present day) and I have always been a first adapter for my home office set up.So, yeah, wired keyboard with a numeric keypad is the best.

Mostly good but the spacebar doesn't respond like onmy old keyboard

Iamnot going toedit any typos in this post just so you cansee what Imean. I haveanother keyboard identical tothismodelthat Ihaveusedforabout 4 years now. I am not amaster typist but Icertainly haven't had anywhere near this number of missed spaces when using that keyboard (you probably wouldn't have seen a single one in this entire post). Maybe I just got used to amore sensitive spacebar and don't mash down on this one enough. The result is this one is really toughfor me touse. Iend up typing a paragraph and then having to go in and spend a minute entering a bunch of spaces. It isn't even as ifit wasthe q key I hardly ever use. The end result is I am consideringaskingfor a refund on this. Unfortunately it was the last one OWC had. Packaged well and shipped quick. I cleaned my keyboard a few weeks ago, and a short time later the up-arrow and right-shift keys quit working. This keyboard has a few small nicks and scratches from previous owner(s), but is fully functional so far. It's nice to have one that works again... Thanks!
