Very happy. Bought this "B" grade MacBook a month ago, and the enter key remained sticky even after a deep clean however I was reassured by CEX that "the MacBook is covered under the 24-month warranty. Therefore if you notice a fault with any of the keys now or anytime in the future, you may post the entire item back to us or you can take it to your nearest CeX store". I checked the Battery Cycle and it was basically brand new other than that and so far 30 days in the laptop appears to be operating perfectly. So I am currently quite a happy customer. Highly recommend. I trust the CEX team to look after this hardware should it fail. Always backup your data!

I have used a number of PC computers and switching to a Mac was a bit intimidating and daring; however, I was worried for nothing. Came into the store and the best buy representative was very patient, answering all my many questions and spending over almost an hour. Using it for almost 2 weeks now, this is by far the best computer investment I;ve made and i wish i made it sooner. A very powerful device and getting it for $2200 for 16GB Ram 512GB seems like a really good deal. Makes my video editing perform way faster and smoother than when I was using a PC. Looking forward to doing lots of work over many years with this device.

Having bought the MacBook Pro M2 Max thinking it would manage the work flow of a project which is not so demanding I was suprised it still struggled with multiple windows opened with many tabs. So M3 Max may have been a better optionOther than that itās a well built Mac after many MacBook Pros this is the best yet. Great screen and would like to say the 14ā is not a compromise over the 16ā - it travels well.

It served me for a good long 6 yrs. I changed to a windows high end gaming laptop in 2021 and regretted the decision to change. The reasons are too long to include in this review. Iām so happy that I got this macbook pro.Improvement Points: Its heavy compared to the air. But thatās expected for a pro machine. They could have included face id. No other negatives I can think of. Itās a great machine!
Apple doesn't make a Macbook Pro with these specs. The description says it's an M2 Max chip with 16GB RAM but the minimum RAM for the M2 Max chipset was 32GB. Additionally, the serial number they post indicates that computer only has an M2 Pro chip.Reading the user reviews it seems they ship a lot of incorrect products. I'd be careful ordering this.

For the price couldn't beat it. It arrived ahead of time. It included the original charger and not a 3rd party. Everything was great condition with the exception of a very small ding on the front right side. Nothing a protective cover couldn't hide. Overall i am very happy with the gamble I took on this Macbook Pro since it appeared to be very lightly used. Dinging one star due to it arriving somewhat dirty but it did clean up nice and added a skin for added protection.
