Apple iPad 10.9" Wi-Fi + Cellular 64GB Silver (10th Gen)

This was an upgrade from my old iPad so I am familiar with the interface and Apps. It arrived in high quality, sleek packaging which was minimal. Set up was straight forward and the iPad led the way with clear instructions. Everything that was on my old iPad (in Cloud) was simply transferred to the new one. This is why I use Apple products (and keep them till almost obsolete) because I need clear, obvious, user friendly design. The device in black is very slim, light and high quality feel. It's simple and elegant in design. When using it is quick to respond and the fingerprint security (plus password) is very good. The screen is clear and doesn't strain my eyes easily. For the money, maybe

Bought this for my 11 year old daughter and received the item today. It is NOT a 9.7 inch iPad. Bought a 9.7 inch case that does not fit, and tried multiple other 9.7 cases and they don't fit. The iPad itself appears to be in decent shape. Can see that it was previously dropped on the corner, it is not round like the others. These iPads when dropped have a hard time keeping the screen from cracking from any little bump. We will see how this one holds. Item not as pictured. Expected the original box and original style charging cube. Received aftermarket cube and generic box. Otherwise it should serve it's intended purpose, YouTube(web) and Roblox(app). Apps are limited but we already knew that.

It's on the low end of scratch and dent

There's no way the iPad I received can accurately be described as in "refurbished like new" condition--even using a very broad definition of the term. It's scratch and dent, no question. In addition to literal scratches and dents on the back, its battery life is significantly reduced, and there's been some lagginess and glitches--it's crashed a few times. But for $109, I guess it's fine. At the time of writing, it's updated to the latest ios, and it does basically function.

Very well pleased with purchase. The iPad is perfect and looks like new, not a scratch on it. Comes with a carry case that doubles as a wireless key pad that would be nice if you chose to use it like a desktop computer, but I don’t use it. Instead I bought a protective case, much like a otter box style and use the pad that way. The ear buds are great, only issue was there was no charger cord for them. I bought a charger cord on eBay for less than $4, so no big deal. Anyway, a very good buy for a real nice iPad.

Not too bad

I recently ordered the “iPad 5th Gen, 9.7” in “good” condition. Although you get what you pay for, I feel as if the packaging could have been a bit more secure. Upon receiving the iPad, I could hear the item moving around the box and only the screen was protected with a foam sheet. There was no damage to my order, but I would have expected better packaging. As for the iPad itself, it was in “good” condition and it works properly. I would suggest others to purchase through plug.tech if looking for pre-owned apple products.

Selling Defective Products that CANNOT be Returned

They gave me a faulty iPAD and won't take it back. If you buy something you need to give them the shipping cost for the return. I asked for full refund but no response for weeks. Then I wanted to return it with a loss but their return page says the item is ineligible for return even though the return window was open. Make no mistake - they will always send you defective items so your entire money will likely be wasted. I know it was a high risk purchase but never thought these people had the intention to steal my money. What a joke!

Very skimpy on the packaging.

Delivered in a flimsy box and with hardly any packaging to keep it from breaking. Thankfully the screen wasn’t broken but I can attest that it wasn’t due to any prevention on their end with packaging. No label on the box, no return slip. Nothing. Just a white box inside a bigger brown box and a thin piece of bubble wrap. Just because it’s refurbished doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be shipped with better packaging. As far as the iPad goes, there are a few light, thin, scratches but you can barely see them. It’s in good condition. It turns on and works so far, display looks good as well. Fingers crossed. I bought refurbished on purpose because it’s for my 8 year old son. Would still recommend but y’all have to do better with the packaging.

I wanted a cheap ipad for some extra productivity at work. There’s only a few apps I liked that were ipad only, and I saw an ad on tiktok about cheap recycled products. I saw a fairly new (2017) ipad for $140, eco condition. I figured it would get more scratches anyways, so I might as well go with that. So far, I have only found 1 noticeable scratch, which is in the black bezel, where you can only see it in certain light. The only deep “scratch” was a pin sized hole that I only found when I was putting a screen protector on it. Now that the SP is on it, I can’t even find it. Used it all day from 100% at 7AM to 34% 12 hours later, constantly unlocked using as a wireless remote for professional audio board and black magic streaming controller. Works and looks amazing!

I seen them on TikTok and was like do they really have great devices that work. I finally gave in and ordered my two sons one. When they came in they was awesome. I couldn’t believe the quality for the price. Then I turned around and purchased my daughter one. Great devices for a even better price!! Also shipping was fast! You won’t regret buying from them!

sold faulty product

Extremely disappointed by this product. I ordered it online on July 8 and received it on July 14. By the time I got the product, this was 6 days after the purchase. About a week later, the product just stopped working. This was right after the 14-day return policy. Because of this, I can not get a refund or any assistance in repairs from Best Buy. I am upset because 1) I was sold a product that does not work at all and 2) I can't receive a refund because the 14-day return policy is based on the purchase date, rather than the day I received it. I did not realize how short the return period is for these products, which is annoying because it is expensive technology. When it does not work, you're just out of luck. Will not be purchasing from here again.
