I was so excited to see this jacket and read about the revised fit (and adjustable back). I am a huge Arc’teryx fan, I have at least 25 jackets from the past 15-20 years…I could be sponsored by the company and have raved about dozens of different products over the years, yet as a super athletic 95 lbs woman I find the new fits challenging. I was really pleased it came in an XXS, I was excited about the color…but the fit is still SO off…at least for a smaller person, and I can’t really see who this jacket is going to work for. I was drowning the the jacket, and because it was so big it was like wearing a large garbage sack around the house. Maybe over time the material would not be a crunchy or stiff…but it was a fail. This is the perfect city rain jacket! I wanted something comfortable and stylish in the rain but not too rugged looking. I think the design and fit are simple/elegant/flattering and love how it can either swing or cinch. You can wear a cashmere or chunky sweater underneath and not feel bulky. Love it.
