It was good for racing. It felt comfortable but also tight at the same time. But it did rip after the second time using it which was very very disappointing. I would recommend this racing suit for already pretty experienced swimmer. No need to buy it for swimmer who are just starting out.

My daughter is 14, 5'5", 106 lbs, slender with a long torso. Most of the girls on her team with tech suits typically buy Speedo brand, specifically the LZR. When she was professionally fitted for a suit, her measurements fell between 2-3 sizes, depending on the suit. We picked the smaller size, since she is slender. However, even with going with the small size, the Speedo suits allow too much room in the chest, which causes water to enter the suit at the top. Someone on the team suggested we try a smaller "longer torso" suit, but Speedo doesn't offer long torso in smaller sizes than 25. My daughter is very happy with her size 26 Arena Carbon Air suit. It fits perfectly everywhere, including the chest. It's not too difficult to get on (with my help), and comfortable enough to wear for hours at a time.

I purchased this tech suit for my daughter prior to her Regional Meet and she was extremely pleased with the fit and compression. She said that it helped her set three new PRs and advance to the State meet. Definitely money well spent.

Let me start by saying... this suit would be amazing if you can fit into it! Bought for my daughter, she has bigger legs and a butt. If you do as well, this suit is not for you. This suit material is amazing, not one bit of stretch and it seems like it would have great water repellancy! We ended up going with Speedo, but if you are an average thin swimmer, this suit would be great! Use the size chart and do not size down.
Bought this suit (Size 24) for my 14 year old daughter who is 5' 8 1/2" , we are extremely happy with it. Arena is her preferred choice, they always fit her well. As with most tech suits it was a little difficult to get on at first but it fits perfectly.
Understand that you are not able to even try on tech suits from Swim Outlet and still return them. This fit my tall (6’) slim (145#) daughter perfectly in a 24. As we all know, size charts are only helpful for a less compressive/novice suit. Know your size. Having said that we just purchased 2 more as Nationals are in March!
Prefer the closed back than the open back. Found this suit to be relatively easy to put on. Fabric/material thinner, less structured then the flex. I bought this suit in a 24, but probably could have gone with a 22.
We measured & sized appropriately, and were prepared for it to be very very snug… but we couldn’t even get this above the hips. The fabric is not supposed to stretch, I get that. But if your child has quads or glutes and is not a shapeless toothpick, size up or choose a different suit.
My daughter wears Arena Carbon Glide for couple of years now for competitions, product is great, just need to be careful about sizing if it is your first skin. We were ordering same size as the last ones, so sizing was easy. Product arrived via international courier on time and the whole transaction was seamless. Highly recommend the product and the vendor!
