However, if the user activates that particular feature, then the 2k-video streaming/recording is automatically turned off and replaced with a somewhat lesser resolution. I never use the zoom-and-track feature. CON: It appears that the user cannot delete multiple feeds at a time, i.e., from the list of individual feeds. Instead, each feed must be individually deleted using a three or four step process. Why does doesn't Arlo support multiple deletions? WASTE OF TIME!!! If not for the lack of a feature to support multiple deletions, I would have given a five-star review. I have two of the following cameras: Nest, Blink, and Ring (doorbells); they all permit multiple deletions of feeds. I contacted customer support, and the agent confirmed that there have been complaints regarding this issue; he stated that Arlo is well aware of such feedback. I don't understand why Arlo dares to think that people ought to suffer to waste their time and energy on deletion tasks. Lastly, I warn that it may be a bit of a challenge locating some of the features using the app. I downloaded the User Manual. Largely, it is rather well put together, However, at times, it seemed as if the features were not located in same part of the app as explained, e.g., turning Spotlight off/on, or certain features related to motion detection or app alerts. Click on the "Person" icon on the Home page->On the resultant page, click "Home"-> "Smart Notifications. Compare the preceding instructions with the following; it's rather confusing: On the Home page, click the "Feed" button->Then, in the upper left of the screen, click on the three dots-> On the resultant "Feed Settings" page, click "Event Types" to enable/disable the future display of events that trigger/wake the camera, e.g., motion, person, vehicle, animal, package, temperature change, light change, smoke/CO alarm, etc. With the exception of "Motion," the other items on the list are the same as the listing in the previous paragraph, which concerns Smart Alerts. (Go figure.)

Purchase this 3 days ago from my Best buy. Camera was great I could connect without a hub to my Wi-Fi and everything worked great. App was a little wonky wouldn't let you scroll through videos you had to go out and then to the next video on Android. Was a little easier on iPhone where you could scroll. This morning received an error that the device was offline because of high temperature. At the time I received the error the temperature outside was 63°. I removed the camera and added it again and the same thing happened it kept recurring. Unfortunately I believe this was a defective unit and didn't want to go through the hassle of dealing with Arlo tech support so I just returned it to Best buy. Would have been great if it worked.
You cannot set this device up with the s22 ultra or pixel 7/pro running Android 13 as of dec 8, 2022. Junk software. Will revise if issues are fixed.

Eh - Nothing special. Same documentation incorrect. Same problems with previous Arlo cameras. Really nothing new unless you want their security platform. These types of cameras may add features etc but at their core they will never get any better at detecting someone. Distance will always be limited to ~25 feet.
I love all my Arlo cameras and this is now my favorite!
cameras have excellent features and really good video . the one feature thats not so wonderful is the fact the batteries don't like the cold weather. the cameras will automatically go offline until the weather is warmer,other than that they work well.
