Love my chair! Wish it was a little more softer, as it is a bit hard. However, nothing to complain. Just a note, when putting it together do not put arms all the way down as it become a bit low. Best to leave it up a little.

Purchased on sale and was a bit concerned about the quality. But when they arrived I was pleasantly surprised by the sturdy build and quality fabric. The seat is firm so good support. Chair back height is below shoulder lever but not an issue. Altogether a great bargain as purchased on sale with free delivery. Very impressed by this deal.

Absolutely happy with this purchase. Purchased the chair for our bedroom and is perfect size for sitting down and applying shoes/socks. Chair size is great and doesn’t over take the room but compliments our room with our colours of black and silver.

I am quite pleased with the Artis chair.For me, it's a good comfortable compact design and can be easily moved from one position to another.I recommend for a smallish home.

All That Glitters Is Not Gold.

I’m sorry, but I can’t rate these chairs very highly at all. Serves me right for trusting an online advertisement. Although the chairs are visually appealing, they are most uncomfortable. I am just 155 cm tall, but the chairs are not high enough. A taller person would have their knees under their chin. The armrests are too low and one must bend forward to be able to rest one’s arms. Worst of all, the cushion is very hard and I will need replace the filling with softer foam. These chairs would be suitable for 8-10 year-old children rather than adults, if the cushions were softer. I’m so disappointed I won’t be able to use these chairs for their intended purpose. And the moral of the story is: don’t buy furniture online.

Lounge chair

I love the classic look of this upright armchair. I like the neutral colour, blends with everything. The thing that disappointed me most, was the fact that when it arrived, the way the chair was packed in the box, flattened the arm rest. The arm rest don’t have much padding, so it didn’t take much to flatten the little padding that is there.Other than that, the free delivery was super fast. Price wise it’s quite reasonable.

Product suitability and value for money.

Excellent value for my money. I purchased a pair in grey/ blue upholstery. The chairs are sturdily made, comfortable to sit in and providing good support. The proportions are suitable for persons of “smaller” stature. A smart stylish presence in my room. I’ve just ordered a third chair for another room in the taupe upholstery.
