This item is specifically for tires. Initially, it went on well but after leaving it on for a while, it did not hold the shine as I expected it to. It was not a high shine as stated on the bottle. After a day, there was not shine at all on my tires. I used it on other areas of the exterior of the truck that was molded in black and it streaked really, really bad. It dripped and ran off also leaving residue on the sides of the truck. Not good. I will not purchase this item again. It did not meet my expectations at all.

I start by placing plastic over sensitive electrical components like the fuse box, pcm, alternator, and battery if it's located under the hood. Next I lightly spray water over the compartment then spray with degreaser or multi purpose cleaner. Grab a medium stiff bristle brush and clean areas that are soiled. The tires look better then they did before the Armor All Tire Shine.Nothing fantastic in my opinion. Had to reapply two extra time's. Didn't look like my father tires when he used Armor All products year's ago.Times and possibly formula changes are the reason.Was nice though not worrying about wiping the tire after the application process.Note.. Not the manufacturers issue, I received the bottle damaged in the trigger area. This item was delivered to the home by Walmart Plus delivery service.I didn't return the item because I was in need of getting my tires looking nice for my nephew who was borrowing it for his first date that night.

Auto zone on Thomas is #1

I've noticed in the last 3-4 months how polite and professional the employees are at the Thomas location. It wasn't always like that though. I would go three miles further out to the Frayser Blvd location just to get good service, but the Thomas location has REALLY improved! This is my favorite location now, but can someone PLEASE ask the young lady behind the desk to PLEASE stop popping that gum while assisting customers! ITS NERVE WRECKING!!!!!!! Oh, the Armor all tire shine requires wayyyy too much to get a nice shine. I won't be using it again.

I’ve tried many brands to get the dripping wet shine on tires after a detail and this is the only stuff I can find locally for a good price to do the job. It’s easy to use and gives a very nice finish to a clean car.Always shake the bottle before application. After it settles for a while I’ve noticed it loses a good amount of its shine capability if not properly shaken.Only con I have, is that the deep wet look only last for 2 days max. This is a common issue with any tire shine in this price range though. To get maximum shine for an extended time you will need to continue to apply this frequently.

i am an automotive detailer. this was by far the worst tire shine i used. 1) the sprayer never sprayed so i have to empty the contents on my pneumatic sprayer. it then sprayed fine ofcourse. 2) i followed the instructions, 1 week later, it just had slung all over the door panels and it wouldnt come off even with rigorous clay. my car is ceramic coated and i never came acorss this issue if brown staining. hence, 90% of it came off. but regardless, i would strongly not reccomend this. the clean up is difficult as a result thus imagine if youre a diy kinda guy, this product would be a hasstle to work with. avoid it.
