Arnold's Farm Fruit & Nut Toasted Muesli. For me, toasted muesli generally is a "sometimes food" because it can be loaded with hidden sugars and fats. We have been trying a great variety of like products and cereais this year and this does not have huge stand-out faults from my perspective in comparison. I would not generally eat a bowl of just toasted muesli as the fat content is 16. 6% and sugar is 18% (buyer beware). On this topic, I am a little troubled by the front-of-pack "serving suggestion" of what must be a massive bowl of toasted muesli piled much higher than the rim of the bowl, with fruit slices that seem to be dwarfed by the monster serve of muesli. There is a miserly tiny dollop of what looks like yoghurt that, given the massive dryness of eating this ... MoreArnold's Farm Fruit & Nut Toasted Muesli. On this topic, I am a little troubled by the front-of-pack "serving suggestion" of what must be a massive bowl of toasted muesli piled much higher than the rim of the bowl, with fruit slices that seem to be dwarfed by the monster serve of muesli. There is a miserly tiny dollop of what looks like yoghurt that, given the massive dryness of eating this muesli alone, just doesn't make sense. A more realistic serving suggestion would be an idea. While I'm at it, I don't really like the lilac-pink colouring of the pack either. It does not suggest a great breakfast, nor 'fruit & nut', as much as a lavender sleep pillow or the like... This is an Aussie-made product with 76% Aussie ingredients. Reasonable proportion there. Overall, for me, the product inside the bag with a really bad zip-lock closure, just adds a nice extra texture profile no matter how you eat it or with what. In a small amount, I like the quality of the crunch of my sample. I didn't get the "stale" taste of some ingredients that other Bunchees have reported. I'm happy with the proportion of fruits because I don't want the big sugar rush they might bring (in addition to the already present golden syrup and molasses), but I agree that the apricot pieces were very hard to dig around for, and they were quite tiny and insignificant so did not add anything to the flavour profile (bit of a lost opportunity). Eating this dry is not a good option because it gets like chewing cud. With the addition of milk or yoghurt, you can consume a little more than you can dry. Soaking it overnight in yoghurt bircher-style with some chopped fresh fruit is a great option so you can then sprinkle a tiny bit on for crunch in the morning. $5 for 700g at the moment makes this a fair product price-wise as everything has spiraling prices these days. I would not consume this on a daily basis, as is the claimed philosophy of the Arnold's Farm blurb on the pack but it is definitely welcome in our pantry as an occasional monotony-breaker, small snack (e. g. , with yoghurt) or addition to some other breakfast cereals just to mix up the experience a little.

A nice way to start the day. This product was easy to find in the cereal aisle in the muesli section. I was please to see that the bag was resealable, however it’s a shame that it’s unable to be recycled. I was impressed by the sheer variety of ingredients this muesli contained, including dried fruit, seeds & nuts - it made for a very nice breky to wake up to! The flavour was sweet, but not overly so. The sultanas & raisins were pleasantly chewy & the dried apple was lovely. The coconut flakes were thin & crunchy & a welcome addition. I did have to hunt for the dried apricots & cranberries, but the small amount that I did find were very nice. Delicious and versatile. The Arnold's Farm Fruit & Nut Toasted Muesli is absolutely delicious. The packet states it contains oven toasted oats, sultanas, cranberries, shaved coconut, dried apricot and apple, chopped almonds and cashews. Though the serves I had were predominantly oats, the additional ingredients bring a lovely sweet hit in each mouthful. A 45g serve provides 57% of the 48g whole grain daily target intake. Beyond the obvious use as a breakfast cereal, I can see myself adding the Arnold's Farm Fruit & Nut Toasted Muesli to yoghurt, fruit salads and whenever I had fruit and custard. It's a really versatile product to have in the cupboard. The only bugbear I have is the price. Tasty but sweet. My family and I eat a lot of muesli so I was interested to try one that I hadn't tried before. I had no trouble finding it at my local Woolworths store and it was easy to open. I put it on top of my oats and bran, then put boiling water over it for my breakfast. I do a lot of exercise first thing in the morning so I always look forward to my breakfast and consider it to be my favourite meal of the day. I found the fruit was well portioned with the different fruits standing out quite obviously. I can't really say the same for the nut portions, I felt it was definitely more fruit in it. I had to look carefully to see the chopped almonds and cashews. Personally I found the flavour too sweet for my liking and I didn't end up adding some fresh berries ... MoreTasty but sweet. I had to look carefully to see the chopped almonds and cashews. Personally I found the flavour too sweet for my liking and I didn't end up adding some fresh berries onto my morning oats like I would normally do. Otherwise though it tasted as it should, I enjoy toasted muesli so it had the nice crunch that I'd expect. I later put the muesli on some Greek yoghurt for my afternoon tea. Again, the muesli was too sweet for my palate, however my husband had some and he thought it tasted fine. It has a 4 health star rating, which is good and no artifical colours or flavours, which I like. It's suitable for vegetarians and very high in wholle grain. This was made in Australia from at least 76% Australian ingredients. Sadly it doesn't say on the packet which ingredients aren't Australian although it says 'Aussie oats'. It's a shame this isn't 100% Australian ingredients but 76% is better than nothing. It sells for $7 for 700g, which is a bit on the expensive side but I find a lot of other brands are roughly similiar prices. This specific flavour wasn't the best for me, I'd be interested to try some of the other flavours again in the future. Thank you Bunch for giving me the opportunity to sample this product.

Last but not least! Finally I have tried the last one! Phew, that was a task and a half!!Although this was my least favourite of all the flavours I tried it was still good and again I wasn't disappointed. The packet was easy to find with minimal packaging which is good but again I found the zip lock top a bit fiddly and hard to close. The flavour is tasty with some crunch from the nuts, a bit of sweetness from the fruit and the goodness from the oats, nuts, seeds and dried fruit. As with all the others I added a bit of fresh fruit to mine as well as milk and found that this was a filling breakfast that helped keep me full which I liked. Fruity and Nutty. My first impression of the packaging was fantastic, love the vibrant colours, certainly stands out on the shelf. Looking at the ingredients I was happy to see it contains 76% of local products. I was having this on my overnight oats and as I was pouring it out, I did like to see the different sized clusters, the shaved coconut, nut pieces and the fruits. I was a little nervous about tasting this one as it is certainly not a flavour I would normally choose, not a big fan of coconut. It tasted ok, I just thought there was a little too much going on with all the fruits and then the nuts and seeds and the coconut. Overall, not too bad, just not my favourite flavour from this brand. I do still highly recommend to others though.

Lovely Brekky. This is easily found in the breakfast cereal aisle. The packaging is attractive and has a snap lock seal, which is great and very handy as you can keep it in it's packaging. It contains a nice combination of oven baked toasted whole grain oats, sultanas, dried cranberries, shaved coconut, dried apricots, apples, almonds, pepitas, cashews and cinnamon. I really enjoyed this as I normally find a lot of these products taste a bit too bland, not this one. This had a lovely cinnamon flavour in the first mouthful, followed by the lovely dried fruits and toasted whole grain oats. It didn't need any additional honey or sugar, it was lovely and sweet without being too sweet. It's very well priced at $5. 50 - 700g. It's a product I'd purchase in future. It ... MoreLovely Brekky. Nice addition. This is a nice addition and change to our normal cereal. I just sprinkle a little on my special K and yogurt, and husband has sprinkled on his just right. Like the strong toasted flavour and the variety of ingredients in this fruit and nut muesli, and I really like the coconut flakes. The muesli is very high in whole grain according to the packet.
