Incredible quality and grip

First and foremost, the AB team get 5 stars for the incredible service. I’ve bought 2 of these jugs from here, both had manufacturing faults. Each time the team went above and beyond to hand pick my replacements and the communication was fast and amazing.In terms of quality, the jug itself is mid. While sturdy, with enough carelessness I could dent/damage it easily. I’ve also handled several of these jugs and almost everyone I’ve seen has had a crooked spout from (presumably) poor QC on the manufacturer’s end. The jug itself is great for niche purposes. I use it for detailed free pour latte art in a 6oz cup.
