I m sensitive to that matter and already own 2 pads that I almost hate using due to the rubbery smell. It sticks well on a wooden desk and you wont be able to easily readjust it or move it. You will certainly feel it on your hands , I kind of regret not going for the FX Raiden that probably has a much more smooth to the touch surface (from what I read) . But the surface is indeed very consistent and kind of speedy (but not floaty ) for a control pad!!!! So beware the XSOFT reefers to the plushness and how squishy the foam and the base is and not to the texture of the pad.The price!!!! If you re a pro I cant tell you what to do. If you re not and you are bothered buy the stitching or the smell of the rubber bases of other mouse pads then Artisan is a safe bet . If you re not bothered by that issues then you better find something cheaper or maybe buy a smaller Artisan pad (large or medium usually cheaper than XL) to try .

I tried this pad, and honestly, I’m very happy with my purchase.Speed of the pad:The pad is fast but not too fast (it falls into the balanced category, but on the faster side within that category). The stopping power isn't really noticeable unless you’re using large skates (like those on the X2 or Lamzu Atlantis OG2). If you play with dot skates, you’ll be able to unlock additional stopping power, especially if the pad is in the XSOFT category.

A great pad

I've had this pad for a couple of days and I can already tell this is my favorite mousepad I've tried.I've tried the skypad 3.0 (I sold it lol), the LGG saturn, and the Artisan hien in XSOFT and this one is my favorite so far, glides feels consistent good ammount of stopping power, and I can still use it for games other than tac shooters unlike some online reviewers like to say.So overall pretty happy with my purchase and this color looks good in my all black setup

Artisan Zero Fx xsoft

i have test enough mousepad this mousepad is good quality but i don't see any comparison with zowie gsr.this mousepad is control, not slow.the cotton is very soft so be a little slow.it is a strange surface, reminiscent of something hard on threads.Anyone interested in something similar to zowie gsr, it's not very close, but it has a very good control, maybe it's the best control mousepad ever.VERY GOOD QUALITY !VERY GOOD FOR FPS GAMES !RECOMMENDED
