I must admit being a pensioner the price attracted me but putting together was a bit difficult at times, plus the arm rests are a bit low, however I hope I will get used to it. thats the gamble you take when you buy on line. regards Joe Fenech

It's a chair, but definitely not enthralled. The seat cushion feels more like a very flat semi-flexi cushion, not a comfortable contour at all. The worst issue was the arms lower bracket presses into the seating area... had to modify how they attached as it was just painfully pressing into the hip-sides when fully seated. I loved that the arms folded up, but they're actually low and set back, so you hardly use them. Does the basic job - but it's not an enjoyable office chair to sit in for long office hours. Be aware this also doesn't go that high (so it's highest was lower than my desk's needs).
I like the movable armrest. The seat cushion is thick. It has the variable back support which does an ok job. Worth the price I guess. Wished that the back rest was a bit more flexible.
Great chair for home desk/office, easy to assemble. Breathable mesh back for a hot day, so you dont stick to the chair. Adjustable seat height is great. Seat is comfortable, but seat padding isnt dense enough for 8hrs solid use. Great for 2-3hr sit periods. Then take a break & return to work. Regardless, im still happy i got it.
I thought I'd give this chair a go because of the price, but as the title suggests, it is cheap for a reason. Firstly, instructions were not very intuitive. The drawings where horrible, I couldn't tell what part I was looking at or if washers were required. Next, some of the wheels don't spin or rotate, they essentially just drag, potentially scratching the hard wood floors. And finally (please see photo) the arm came off. This is a pre-assembled part and I didn't think my forearms were that heavy. Whoever assembled it threaded the nut, I fixed it with another nut, but overall I don't see this chair lasting too long. I gave it 2 stars because it does serve it's purpose as a chair.
I have bought 2 of these chairs. The first one had difficulty due to poor threads for screws to screw into, and on the screws themselves, but with a bit of patience all worked. The second chair required multiple attempts to screw together, one of the screws snapped as it took so many attempts to screw in and remove to get it to tighten properly and not cross thread. Chair itself is well made, looks good and is VERY comfortable, let down by poor screw and thread quality. I am asking for a refund on the second chair due to the screw snapping in the hole, rendering the chair impossible to put together now.
This chair is great - very comfortable, firm and springy (which I like). Rolls smoothly too. I did have trouble attaching one of the arms, the hole seemed to be mis-aligned, but I am also unbelievably bad at anything flat pack. If you are larger in the beam than the average 6 foot tall person, you might want to get a different chair though, it's not a overly large seat. But everything else is perfect.
Seat back design has plastic lower back support that is not adjustable. The angle of the support makes it very uncomfortable. The seat has recline but cannot be adjusted to be able to stay leaning back slightly, therefore the seating position is way too upright.
