Product has no detailed instructions included - just a Parts List! As an Engineer, I struggled a little due to improperly aligned screw holes. I managed to overcome this, but less technically orienter people may not be so successful.Having had the 'Back Structure of a previously owned seat (of similar design) collapse under me, I became concerned about Safety Aspects of this product. There are no lock-washers included with the kit! I supplied my own and also used a little 'Loctite' to each of the screws. I was also concerned that only four (4) screws secure the mechanism to the base. I supplied & fitted a futher four (4) screws to this critical area. I will be closely monitoring the tightness / structural integrity of these areas.

Hasn't got a massage build in. Just a little vibration they call it massage chair. Disappointing I pay for it because it did say massage chair. Will not recommend this to anyone. Also transport company they use it was really bad. 4PX They can not even give you a proper day or time I wait for them 2 days at home. Good luck who ever wants to buy this.

I recently purchased an office chair for a reasonable price and I am thoroughly impressed with its quality and comfort. Comfortable office massage chair

It's very comfortable for a person of bit of weight. I purchased while on special being on a pension.I always view descriptions and made sure of my needs before I bought it.It's a solid very heavy chair, so very well made.Easy instructions to follow.Very well padded for age bones that makes more comfortable to sit. Also seat is wide so not small worth the buy

Comfortable, gimmicky and a bit frustrating

Comfortable, even after long periods sitting, but not as readily adjustable as many other chairs of similar price. While the back rest does recline, it requires unlocking with a hard-to-reach lever - not simply by leaning back in the seat. The same lever has to be unlocked before manually pulling the seat back upright again. It's that easy, especially since this lever flicks back with some force and can hurt if a finger's still in the way.There appears to be more than one version of this chair since the illustration fails to show this extra recline lever. There's no tension mechanism elsewhere other than the awkward release lever and so no where else for this knob to go.This odd design variation was reflected in the assembly instructions which didn't quite match the mechanism that came in the box.Apart from the lack of easy recline adjustment, the chair is comfortable and the massage feature does work on 4 settings. Rather than a rolling massage, it's more like 4 variations on a spine tingling buzz - a gimmick, but some might find it relaxing. My chair has the On/Off button and Mode buttons labelled or wired back to front. However, I press them without looking anyway, but still a careless mistake in construction.Rather than plug it into a nearby USB socket with a cable dangling across the floor, a USB battery bank can power it and the battery and excess cable can be tucked into the Velcro flap at the bottom of the back of the chair - no more cable problems.It is comfortable and it is inexpensive, but I wish it had a proper spring recline mechanism (like the one in the illustration?) rather than the lever release and instructions that matched the hardware.

Not bad but hard. It is a 'cheap' chair but good value if you get it for $150 max

A little dissapointed - you would not be happy if you paid anywhere near 'list price' - for around $150 you can overlook a lot however. Colour and material is nice, legs quite solid, arms a bit flimsy, but they are designed to move (cantilever backwards) when you tip the chair back with the whole chair so cannot be very solid I guess. Very firm chair, not going to be good for the home office as not real comfortable for the butt or back/lumbar. It is smaller than it looks, with the chair upright only a kid would be anywhere near the headrest. Not worth it and disposing

Was really excited to have this product especially with the massage options. However the cord shorter then then the arm rest itself making it hard to plug into the usb power conductor. Then once I sorted the perfect location to power up this bad boy it would not start, I checked the other cord and the usb part and after much testing and moving it around the I came to the conclusion the wire or usb was faulty.Tried connecting it to multiple outlets before giving up on my dreams and hopes of getting that massage while watching 30 second if someone else’s life to make mine feel more meaningful and this chair less of an disappointment.I would suggest this chair for a gift to an ex as it too has great lack of support.The chair is oddly small and I’m 5.3 yet I felt ... MoreWas really excited to have this product especially with the massage options. The armrest felt okay considering at that point my lumbar spine was echoing pain and salvation from sitting in the over priced throne. It’s not a good firm after a while you find yourself consistently changing positions.Now I never give a 1 star ⭐️ But if I could have given 0 I would have sprinted to the option.Also I contacted the supplier but like the massage on the chair it has been disappointing “the opportunity is there for greatness but was left disappointed and wondering if it ever was meant to be”.Unsatisfactory “mic drop”.

Office chair with massage

Chair delivery was very quick and on arrival it is exactly as described and extremely comfortable and practical. Very happy with my purchase. I have a bad back and sit all day working and am very pleased that it has helped with my back pain. Massage is only vibrate but still quite nice when you're sitting for long periods.

Superb!

The product was delivered within 2 days after placing the order in weekend! It was easy to install, unlike IKEA office chairs. I bought a small single port ‘power bank’ from Officeworks for $4.75 so that I connect that with the ‘message’ cable. This is how I got rid of hassle to connecting wire to the chair via cord from 220V AC power outlet. The message goes on and on with this cheap power bank connected to the built in cable of the chair for all day long! The chair consumes minimal power from the ‘Power bank’.In terms of comfort, it is way better than my other IKEA office chairs. Only drawback so far I noticed was that the hand rest handles get loose after use, in which case I had to tighten the bolt using the allen key once or twice a week.
