The build quality and design seems really good, except for the fact the gas shock is seized and won't adjust height, and most of the hex bolts are partially threaded and way over-tightened.I disassembled the unit to try and fix it (as sending back is not worth my time) and found the strut seized and every bolt damaged and seemingly tightened with a compact drill. Other than that, the unit is good quality, and designed well - just not assembled well

The price of the product is awesome, and it's well-made with aluminium. The cable management is easy. Would recommend. Now I can sit back and relax +A :)

This product is fantastic quality, it arrived just in time. It was a little difficult to put together but most people will be able to assemble it. It also comes with zip ties and with pads to stop the pieces from scratching your desk The cable management it easy to use if you only have 1 x display cable and a power cable. But over all it is great quality and value for the price I definitely would recommend this product
Product waz miasinf 4 different parts. Tried contacting bunnings and they said they couldnt do anything as its a third party product. Contacted the sender and 3 days later still havent heard back. Definitely do not recommend this product.
This is a well built, hard and heavy yet very easily adjustable arm - makes me comfortable to attach my expensive monitor on it knowing I can move it so many times yet it is firmly mounted on the desk. Ive wanted to buy this for years now so I could have more room on my desk - I grabbed it while on special and super happy I did!

Just received the monitor arm and installed it. My first impression was amazed at how well the quality and finish of the arm is. Great product and strong materials used. Would buy again!
This is a nice solid construction. A bit stiff in movement but you don't want it too loose either. The only drawback is the tilt function has to be locked in. So if you want to tilt it down or up and keep it there you either have to force it while tight and then hope it holds in it's new position or loosen and re-tighten it in the new position all while holding a heavy monitor from falling forwards which is a real deal breaker. Also, if you do loosen it beware that it will go from tight to dropping the monitor flat down to the table instantly so make sure nothing is in front or underneath or you'll out a hole in the front of your monitor. I don't understand why some sort of ratchet or spring system was used in the tilt part. If you never tilt your monitor get it, if ... MoreThis is a nice solid construction. Works well and easy to setup, the cable management is a great feature. Not top shelf quality but reasonable enough hence the rating.
