Artiss Queen Size Wooden Bed Frame Kids Adults Timber

The bed looks really lovely but it took us several tedious hours to put it together! The instruction sheet was incomprehensible, there was a complete set of screws for one part missing where we had to go and buy screws that would fit in the holes provided. There was one bracket which had no explanation of where it was to go, however we did eventually figure it out. I was also a little disappointed as it is somewhat flimsy so I don’t know if it will wear very well. I think it’s just as well I’m an old lady and I just sleep in the bed. Anyway, it does look very nice.

Overall a great bed for the price. However, the other reviews warned about the difficulty in putting it together - and they were right. My partner is very good at these things and it took him hours... he had to walk away from it for a day because he was so frustrated. But, eventually it all came together (a few screws were leftover but no idea where they go!). The manufacturer really should do something to improve the instructions. Anyway, if you can cope with the construction side of it, then I would recommend.

Very bad potent smell coming from the timber of this bed which caused a burning in throat congested sinus headache and nausea. Had to exit my room and sleep on couch. After Two weeks it still has my room smelling horrible tried everything seller told me with no success. Trying to get bed picked up and refunded with no success so far . Do not buy this bed not worth all the hassle to your health.

looks good once assembled. Took a really long time to assemble, so many screws and pieces. Was dissappointed that the sides were 2 pieces joined instead of 1 solid piece. So far so good, been using it for 2 weeks. Probably wouldn't recommend it for 2 people though.

Good Queen bed

came with a lot of pieces, took some reading instructions and assembing slowly but started making sense once a few parts were assembled. I added another bracket to the frame at the foot of the bed. It had one bracket for the head end on the centre support. Its solid and a perfect fit for the Gisselle mattress we got also.

The 2 support sticks under the bed is not enough. Over time the screw which holds the middle beam with those 2 sticks do not hold and bend. Extra support under the bed frames needs to be added. Also the slats are not your solid slats but weaker. If you are both on the heavy size I don't recommend you buy this bed. Also a little fiddly to assemble. The middle beam is not screwed onto the end of the bedhead and only on the bedhead which I found odd. It needs to be screwed on both ends to add extra support and to hold the bed together. I am replacing my bed now after so many annoyances of the the support sticks bending and we are both sinking in the middle of the bed.

Missing My Mattress

I ordered both BED & Mattress on the same day 21/07/2023. I have ONLY received the BED & I can NOT sleep on the bed unless the Mattress is Delivered to my BED. I need assistance by the Delivery person to help taking the Mattress to 6th Floor where my unit is, as there is NO ONE ELSE to assist. I also need to be called prior to 15 minutes to confirm delivering.ThanksNelson Lazar

White queen bed frame

Sturdy and strong bed frame. Our queen mattress fit nicely into the frame. Assembly was time consuming as you need to attach quite a lot of wooden pieces. Better to do it with 2 people, otherwise it is bit too much work for one person.The product is great. We have used it for few weeks now and getting good night rest on it. No complaints so far. Good choice and got it delivered for free, it was a prompt delivery too.
