looks great. prefect for my child to sit on and keep shoes orderly. lots of parts that are well labelled. there was some damage to some of the boards, still happy with it though.

Although the measurements are clear; the photo gives off a bit of a false realty to the shows you can fit in the unit. A standard boot pair will struggle to neatly sit in the right shelf area. The open top with storage is great.

Great shoe storage. Very happy with the quality. The bench seat is really comfortable and fits quite a bit in it. I store piano books and keys etc. The only thing I don’t like is the stickers that go over the screw holes. They are a paper texture and would be better if the were the plastic ones that go on furniture. I suppose the sides would usually be out of sight but the way I have it is exposed. Otherwise I love everything else about it. Arrived super quick and easy to assemble. Totally recommend

I am very happy with my shoe cabinet. It is practical and also looks good. I am particularly pleased with the opening seat as the storage underneath is perfect for small objects. I also thought it was good value for money.

Great for it's price!

This item is great for it's price. Looks cute by the door. The only disappointment was there were black and red marks on the front of the ledge under the seat. I tried cleaning it with wet wipes but the marks didn't come off and also the ledge was slightly chipped from the side. I called customer care to have the ledge replaced but because it was going to take weeks and I had already started building the shoe bench, I asked for a partial refund for the damaged piece. Myer denied that even though I sent them photos to their customer care email. They said they would replace the whole/partial item. It made no sense because I had already started building the shelf. So now I have a damaged piece that I paid full price for.

Mostly great shoe rack

Very easy to put together. It was exactly what I expected and does the job perfectly. The only problem I had was that there was a mark on the padded area that I only noticed after I had finished assembling the rest. The idea of dismantling and returning the item was far too much effort so I still have a mildly defective article but paid full price

Pleasantly Good Organiser

This shoe organiser is the perfect size to fit in any bedroom or by the front door. It’s really helped reorganise my space to function better. It’s the perfect sitting height to comfortable put on your shoes each morning. The only negative is that it doesn’t quit for as many shoes as shown. I have 5 pairs of shoes with the top row having 2 and then thongs lying up. Bottom row only fits my 3 sets of converse toe to heal for each pair. And the extra tall boot section isn’t going to fit work boots but will probably fit Ugs or kids rain boots

Practical and sturdy, looks great.

I like the finished product but I wish the instruction booklet came with written directions as well as the diagrams. It took me quite some time to assemble , correcting my mistakes, but I got it finished and it looks great. Very useful. House slippers stored under the lid.

Serves a purpose, but not amazing

Easy to put together, sturdy from a construction perspective, but it's clear that it will mark easy and not survive a knock. Kids sat on it and barely brushed the shelf below with their feet and there is already the start of wear marks on the edge of the shelf. Surely something that is designed to have shoes put in and out of it should be more robust. Is it fit for purpose if sliding shoes in peals up the edging on day 1? Hmmm.

The instructions were terrible

The instructions were not clear about the positioning of each component. All they had to do was shade in the rough edges of each piece so you could see how to place it relative to the other pieces. I won’t buy from this company again.
