This thing is garbage. The instructions are very unclear and leave you guessing the steps from the pics. Once assembled the rails are not very smooth and are quite sticky. One of the screws in the handle has already come off.

Definitely not a bench to sit on - cheap wood makes it too fragile for humans. Our cat loves it though. A little too shallow to fit men's shoes and have the door close.

Extremely disappointed with this purchase. I am unable to assemble it due to very vague instructions. It would seem that you need at least 2 persons to put it together.

Easy to assemble if you follow instructions. Looks good. Only problem I have is the drawer slides tend to jam and the release clips don’t release sso I can’t get the drawer out to fix. Otherwise I would have given it a 5 star.We didn’t use it as a shoe storage but as a recliner chair side table.

When almost finished putting it together , I was sent two #14 instead of 13-14The screws for the handles to short and cheap plastic , when I pulled to open the drawer the handle came off. I had to go out and buy new screws. I would have been better going to IKEA.

I've bought quite a number of self assembled pieces of furniture but nothing as badly presented as this one.Firstly 5 of the drill holes for the screws had to be drilled, fortunately the locations were marked. And secondly, incorrect parts were supplied. I've lodged a warranty claim for the parts and depending on receipt of these items I may reconsider my opinion of this supplier.The items depicted are draw sliding attachments.Had the assembly gone as it should have,I would rated it as 3 star and 4 star respectively.

Great product.

The product is neat and fits well in the area l wanted. It is exactly as portrayed on the site. I love it. Only drawback so many pieces makes it difficult to put together. I had to pay someone to do it, this cost $50, add this to the purchase price and this makes it quite expensive. I would still recommend it though.

The laminate is too thin, the compressed board not compressed enough and the fittings too cheap.You will only get one go at screwing that screw in, so get it right the first time. Don't make as mistake in assembly because you will never be able to assemble it properly if you take it apart because the fittings will no longer fit.The design may work with better quality materials, but then again, maybe not. The door is a significant issue. It will not close properly, and if you do close it, it will fall open. They have attempted to resolve this issue by supplying some sliding brackets. Throw the door away It doesn't work.And when it comes to storage space, I'd say this cabinet is designed for small ladies shoes. It only fits 4 pairs of adult male shoes. And they'll only stay in if you don't open the draw. Which is just as well because the draw doesn't really open properly. The draw fittings are very cheap and stiff, and opening it feels like you are going to break the unit. When you do manage to open it, the shoes fall out of the top rack onto the floor.The assembly instructions are quite good, and the numbering system on the panels is excellent. Except that the number on the seat pad has been put on the top of the pad and it won't come off. I wouldn't suggest you sit on the unit anyway, unless you're trying to hide the number sticker... I'm off to that Swedish place to buy a proper shoe rack.

Just okay

It's okay, not great. My shoes aren't huge (Mens 10.5) but my running shoes only just squeeze in (height wise) on the shelves. We bought two and the drawer on one is clunky and sticks a bit compared to the other. There's not many products like this around, so it serves a purpose, but I feel like everything needs to be 20% bigger for it to truely be functional. Looks like, but can tell it will mark easy if it gets a knock.
