Bought this oven off appliances on line even though not as cheap as others came with promotional free rangehood extended warranty and lovely red cast iron cooking pot. Sent papers to claim freebies and free extended warranty on 21 June 2020 to Artusi as indicated. No response or confirmation from Artusi and no sign of bonus products as at today's date 31.7 20. Dont give me the COVID excuse...an EMAIL confirmation from someone wouldnt hurt anybody. Was this a scam? Very disappointed no acknowledgement. Michelle Logan Village QLD Australia.

They organised the old oven to be removed and installed the new oven and had taken the old oven away including packaging—- Fantastic Service 5*++++

We were looking for a stainless steel freestanding oven and cooktop with a ceramic top and couldn't find any option less than $1,800. This oven came in at $1,100 making it amazing value for money.The 60cm width is perfect for baking almost anything and the stainless steel finish is good especially considering the price. The only caveat I would say is that the grey paint on the knobs was peeling when we unboxed it so the quality there isn't the best but given the price point it isn't much too complain about.
We bought this beautiful oven and were so excited to use it, waited 3 weeks for the delivery (which is alright) only to find the inside of the ove had two large spots of chipped away enamel. Called the store and they redirect us to the actual company saying it will be faster is you sort it on your own. Thanks guys
We were looking for an replacement for our electric stove.it took as, a enormous time and research to get this Artusi appliance , it's just what we need .We baked a cake and lots of biscuits .it cooks faster and better. Thanks to appliances on line too,their service was outstanding.i recomment this ARTUSI electric stove to all my family and friends.
We are very happy with our new stainless steel freestanding oven. Looks good; works beautifully; easy to cook with and to clean the ceramic glass top; and produces even baking. Also very happy with efficient delivery, installation and removal of old oven / rangehood... thank you Appliances Online for your good prices and excellent service once again.PS We bought some child safety covers from elsewhere to put over the front knobs to foil the inquisitive toddler. Successful so far!
Just learning how to work it but loving it - heats up quickly. The storage drawer at the bottom is a godsend. The only negative is that the knobs are not stainless and get very hot if grilling.
Ordering was simple, communications re delivery brilliant. Delivery people outstanding. I really like this stove, only downside is it gets quite hot on the outside while using the oven.
I bought the Artusi freestanding oven about a month ago. When it arrived it was in such bad condition, that I didn't accept it and sent it back with the delivery guy. The ceramic cooktop was not square to the rest of the unit and the inside of the oven had 2 big scratch marks ( about 1 inch wide). Other than that it looked nice. I ended up purchasing another oven as it would have taken 2 weeks to get this one delivered the second time.
