Blue Diamond Cookware Diamond-Infused Ceramic Nonstick Cookware Pots and Pans Set, 10 Piece

I have a problem with a sauce pan. The coating has come off the inside bottom where I can see the aluminum. I haven't used any metal utensils with my pans. I don't understand why this happened. Also why isn't the non stick coating on the outer surface? Seems that pouring something out into a bowl or onto a plate sticks or burns on the cookware and can't be removed. Other than those issues I like the 12 piece set.

This Blue Diamond skillet is by far one of the best non-stick pans I have ever tried. It heats evenly, and cook food to perfection. I’ve cooked salmon, scrambled eggs, as well as grilled cheese sandwiches, and I haven’t had any issues with food sticking at all. Beautiful Blue Bliss

I was so excited to get this pan. It has been used every night since we got it last week. First I must say the actual blue design of the pan is beautiful. It has one of the hardest surface known to man, diamonds which makes the life if the pan 10 times longer than any other on the market today. This is the kind of cookware I need in my life! Must Have in the Kitchen

I ordered this frying pan to replace my old ceramic, non-stick and textured frying pan. I couldn’t be happier with this pan from Blue Diamond! My favorite feature is the toxin free coating that prevents all food from sticking. This product is incredibly light compared to my old non stick frying pan. So far I have made several batches of scrambled eggs and sauteed asparagus using my gas stove top. I used a metal spatula in this pan one time and I wouldn't recommend it. It didn’t effect the non stick properties of the pan but I can clearly see where it was used. I have used silicone utensils every other time and this has worked the best. I have not had any problems putting this pan in the dishwasher but it is incredibly easy to hand wash. Non-Stick Without Coating

I'll start by noting that the instructions that come with the cookware state that you should always start with "a little" oil or butter (NOT cooking spray) in the pot or pan you use. As long as you remember to do that, we have found this to be a very good nonstick brand. I like that we won't have to worry about a coating scratching or flaking off after a few years. It's also important to note that this cookware transfers more heat to its contents than other brands, so you should lower the level of your heat source compared to what you'd use for other brands.

Even marshmallow was non-stick to the pan - AMAZING!When I cook and clean the bottom of the pots and pans, they have stayed looking sparkling clean. When food does get burned and stain the bottom, all I have to do is clean it with a little bit of baking soda with a bit of water, and rub in circular motion with a paper towel; it would turn the pots and pans back to looking brand new with no scratches. I’ve also owned a copper set, and even by following the same cleaning procedure with baking soda and water, I’ve noticed the copper finish comeing off, but blue diamond coating lasts 10x longer because it is scratch resistant and indestructible. I’ve even used an electronic egg beater directly on the pan, and it is shocking- no scratch marks!The advanced technology incorporates millions of diamonds that are infused into the cookware. What makes this set so competitive among other brands is that the diamond helps transfer heat 4x fast than copper, and other stainless steel material. What normally would take me 1.5 hour to cook beef stew in pots would only take me about 1 hour to cook using diamond because of the intensive diamond heat transfer which also makes the heat so well distributed. I honestly love how much time this blue diamond cookware will be saving me daily without sacrificing quality of cooking. When I get home from work, I’m usually starving, so the technology of the diamonds being able to cut down cooking-time is truly a gift.Other features that continue to benefit me are the abilities to use blue diamond cookware in the oven and are broiler safe up to 850 degrees. For example, I can throw some frozen buffalo wings in the pan, and throw that into the oven. So much healthier, and more delicious than throwing food into the microwave. Even more time saving, is that when I’m done using the pots and pans, I can simply throw them in the dishwasher. Have been using these pans for a couple of weeks. They look good, Love the blue, easy to clean, and so far have had no sticking problems. But beware you get what you pay for. If I'd seen these on a store shelf never would have bought them. They are very lightweight. Like have serious doubts about how long they will hold up. Always think the heavier the pan the better it cooks, but have had no issues with how the food has cooked on the stove top. The big thing is these pans are small! Told the hubby they must be diet pans as there is no room to go over portion control size for two. Definitely not a family cookware set. Was just able to cook 1# of ground hamburger in the saute pan and had a royal mess on my hands trying to stir fry up some sweet and sour.
