The STEEL UNO is an interesting alternative to the Ascaso DREAM in terms of design and performance. Particularly noteworthy is the very generously dimensioned water tank with a volume of 2 l and the higher construction, which allows the use of larger cups and mugs. The STEEL is equipped with a 3-way valve, which completely removes the residual pressure from the strainer carrier after covering. No dripping and a dry coffee cake are the positive consequences of this technology. The temperature is also adjustable in several steps between 90°C and 106°C. The Ascaso STEEL espresso machine is equipped with a new high-performance thermoblock made of stainless steel and aluminium. This thermoblock enables an extremely fast heat-up time. The housing is made of black painted metal. The professional steam lance made of stainless steel is the icing on the cake of this puristically designed machine.
