Having had two surgeries on my leg in the past year I have found it quite difficult to completely flex my foot and my physiotherapist recommended I try Athletes Foot for a shoe with arches. The assistance at the store had me try these. I can honestly say that they have made all the difference in my ability to walk and move. I was having so much pain in my Achilles and my ability to walk very far was limited until I tried these. My issues with my leg/feet have been reduced by about 85%…these are that good. I would highly recommend these to anyone who has high arches and /or difficulty with walking.

I have many problems with my feet including extreme pronation, a Morton's neuroma and Plantar Fasciitis. I usually have to wear wide lace up shoes with orthotics. I can wear these thongs all day and walk considerable distances shopping and my feet feel cool and comfortable and absolutely pain free (and they look good). By the way Ascent Stratus white shoes are also fantastic and look good. I thought I was condemned to wear orthotic looking shoes but I'm not thanks to Ascent.
