Perfect pair of shoes for school! They provide great support and are of high quality. I've always liked Asics shoes for adult's now I'm even more impressed with the children's range. Once I figured out the sizing it was well worth it, these shoes fit spot on. They also look really nice too. I couldn't fault them even if I tried.

These are my fourth pair of Gel Contends and they last for years even though used every day for tennis, dog walking, everything. Happy colours have remained reasonable simple. They fit my foot even though I'm an adult.Thanks Asics for making these great runners.

Excellent pair we chose for school, wash well in the washing machine and stay white and dry fast.We started with the contend elastic lacers so it was easy and fast to get ready for school and we were happy to find each sizes as they grew US 1, 2, 3. Now we upgraded to US4 contend 7 with classic lacers which is perfect to adjust on feet (lacers don’t come undone easily)Excellent quality, light weight and I am sure comfortable since they are the ones my child wants to wear at all times.

Perfect school shoes for my boy. He loves his new shoes. They are super comfortable and light. Perfect for school kids. The only brand shoes that we are looking for.
Good price for a quality kids sneaker. The colour was also a draw card. Also as I prefer shoe laces over Velcro - which I find gets dirty, falls apart & becomes unusable - for kids old enough to use laces, this is one of the few options available.
Purchased for my daughter to wear as school runners. She loves them for the soft pink detail- subtle enough to wear at school. She also reports they are comfy! Too early to comment on durability/wear, but so far so good!
This is the third pair of Contend ive bought for my daughter. She wears them to school and has never found any other trainer she likes so much. Great quality trainer. Goes through washing machine easily.
Great shoe for my child who has a narrow foot. We purchase this style every time we need to go up a size. The store didn't have this in stock so after getting fitted in the store, we purchased online. We were at the store 30 minutes before closing, and the staff were more interested in finishing their vacuuming than they were to help us with the shoes. Perhaps avoid going to the store at that time.
My son has been wearing these as his main shoes for about a month now. They look great on and they're holding up really well. They also don't seem to make his feet sweaty nearly as often as many other shoes. The fit seems to be narrow around the heel with a wider toe box. He's happy with them and finds them comfortable, though he finds the laces a bit slippery to tie.
A whole size too small. I ordered these for my daughter in a half size up and they were still too small. Had to return and buy a full size bigger than her other shoes. They have a tight fit in width too, that took her some getting used to. They are of decent quality though and certainly look stylish.
