I recently purchased some Fuji Lite shoes and they were immediately put to the test on a challenging trail race that included road, stony tracks, running through streams, boggy moorland and slippery grass trails. I was impressed with the comfort and the grip the shoes provided. I have previously run with the Fuji Traduce and Fuji Setsu but the Fuji Lite are much more lightweight and responsive. Very satisfied with the purchase and look forward to running in them more.

A very comfortable shoe to soak up the miles. This has become my go to trail shoe and is great in all conditions form muddy trails to more rocky terrain. I would highly recommend for someone who wants a shoes that can do it all.

Apart from the obvious outstanding looks of the shoes, the performance was beyond my expectations. I ran on some very muddy, slippery trails and some very wet rocky sections and the grip was way better than expected and according to other reviews. Early days so far, but I love them.
The ASICS trail shoe range gets better and better. This Fuji Lite revamp is feels super light, and the Flytefoam midsole provides plenty of bounce - great on firmer trails. The sole is grippy without being too aggressive.
What a great little pair of shoes these are. Love the colour. Love the fit, love how comfortable and light they feel and did I say I love them. I tested these on on a mixed terrain and they held up well.
I bought this a month ago and did a couple of trail runs. The shoe is light but it doesn't have enough cushioning for long runs. Moreover, it has a very low bounce/energy return in my opinion and becomes a bit hot at the sole if going fast. I have Brooks catamount and Hoka Speedgoat, and I can easily go beyond 42km in those. FujiLite3 is only suitable for maybe up to a half marathon or so. I also did not like the tongue of the shoe and was consistently getting pain due to laces. I would only recommend them for short easy runs.
I'm sp glad the days of heavy, uncomfortable trail shoes have gone. The new Fuji Lite 3's feel... plush. Super comfortable, light and the traction is incredible.
I’ve had to return these as they’re not for me which was a shame because these shoes are actually very good. The grip, the fit, the laces, the lace garage, the upper all really good and the build quality gave me the impression these would last well. But… For me… Just not enough cushioning, the cushioning has a nice feel to it but I personally just needed more of it. Shame though, everything else was really good
What a shoe !! These were my first pair of Fuji Lite’s and I broke the first rule and raced in them straight out of the box… But they’re awesome ! Very comfortable, no rubbing or hot spots. The shoes have a good supportive upper with reliable and comfortable foot hold/lacing (for true to size). The Flytefoam midsole has good cushioning whilst remaining very responsive and the low lug ASICS grip outsole gave security on dry packed trail, shallow mud, road and greasy cobble.
