The soles under the ball of the foot do not have enough cushion and support. The front design or may be from the elastic fabric made the shoes a bit wider than the standard size.

This model provides stable ride with great grip and lightness. It is also a very versatile shoe. I use it for interval sessions on the trail but also for some long runs. I especially like the midsole cushioning that makes the shoe bouncy but also preserves its light weight.

I decided to purchase these running shoes to wear during my European trip since I had to walk all day. I didn’t say great to walk but I wanted to try anyways and I’m very happy with them. Super comfortable shoes, I was able to walk more than 9 hours daily during 11 days and it felt great. I highly recommend these!!

Super cool as there is good airflow through the shoe. It has a nice bouncy sole. I've received lots of compliments about the colours. I have a narrow foot and I notice the room my feet have in these shoes but they aren't slipping when I walk or getting blisters so it hasn't caused a problem to date.
The shoes are fine I'm a half size and cant find it in my local stores. Im regular width and normal pronation. they have enough arch support a tad more would be better. I lilke the cushioned bouncy steps, it not wide but it has wiggle room for my toes without heel slippage. The laces are very narrow and there are no grommets for them in the shoe. I also ordered gel venture nine in 10.5. which I do get slight heel slippage. I purchased fuji lite 3 during the fall sale in October with Pay Pal and the money left my account but Asics doesn't know how to process Pay Pal on their end, even though they offer it as a payment method. The shoes never arrived. Now after more time on the phone I was able to get a "refund" for the first order but all they did was cancel it saying my card wont be billed, but it was already billed so I'm going to have to get on the phone again to put in a ticket with pay pal. If I’m ever unsure which trail shoe to go for I always end up wearing these and never regret it. The light and responsive build makes them super for shorter distances, but don’t let this fool you; I’ve worn them for numerous 20+ mile runs and they absolutely perform. They dry quickly, provide superb traction, and yet I still feel very confident on tricky terrains. This is the absolute all rounder train shoe. Fits very true to size
I couldn’t believe how light these were when I put them on…so much so that I weighed them against my previous trail shoes! 40g lighter but so much cushioning in both the fore foot and the heel. Very supportive and stable but also super grippy…love them. The new pocket under the tongue is a great feature to be able to tuck the tied laces into. My colourway is Night Shade / Nova Orange which are super cool. A big hit with me!!
After buying this shoe I had immediate foot pain. I had previously had this same model with no issues. I kept them for a few weeks and occasionally would try to wear them. Every single time I would have foot pain. If I switched to my older shoe of the same model or a different brand of shoe the pain would go away. Asics customer service would not let me return them. I think something is wrong in the manufacturing of this shoe or Asics changed the quality. I did not have issues with my previous pair of the same shoe model.
The shoe looks great, the heel has a lot of cushioning. The front of the shoe really goes up high and has very little cushioning this is why I returned the shoe. I am used to the nimbus and the lack of cushioning makes it uncomfortable.
