Awesome pair of asics kicks.
This is my first asics pair since the onitsuka tiger i bought a decade ago. This asics kayano 14 are really comfy and they turn heads. Give a modern classic vibe and a design that will withstand time. Very light and breathable and give that feeling of the shoes hugging your feet. Though the materials are not too premium i could still match any daily outfit. Wish the price would match to its materials.... Show more

Great walking and good quality shoes
Great comfortable shoes , the upgraded material shows the quality compares with current version of 29 , 30 and 31 models . It's a great combination of colors and reliable soles. This is my 6th pair of Asics ! I have been locked into the loyalty of Asics customer now . I also would suggest you order one size up from your normal shoe size just to be comfortable !... Show more

Inferior Quality. Shoe cracked less than 3 m
Hi ASIC Customer service,I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of your Asic Ksyano Gel 14 that I purchased on June 2024 from Asic retailer in Singapore. Unfortunately, the shoes have not met my expectations, and I have experienced cracks at the exterior toe box and sole separation, material defects, poor craftsmanship as the silver stitchings (refer to pic) are showing signs of cracks and sole separations. The details of my purchase are as follows:- Shoe Model: 1202A056.103- Size: Euro41.5- Color: white /thunder blue- Purchase Date: June 2024- Retailer: Asic NexI have taken good care of the shoes, and they have been used as intended. [Rewarded Review] A step back in time is a step forward in quality
I bought a pair of Kayano 14's after being so impressed with the re-issue of the Kayano 14RE. Whilst the 14's don't quite have the style and subtle detailing of the 14RE, for comfort and motion control it is all but identical and a big step forward over recent Kayano models. As stated in my 14RE review I believe the older style forefoot construction is far superior to the recent mesh construction for a 'motion control' shoe. I'll take some photo's to highlight how Asics have, in my opinion, cut corners on the newer Kayano models which mean they do not function as well, are not as comfortable and don't last anywhere near as well as their older shoes. In the photo's I'll compare the 14's to a Kayano 28 to show you how the later Kayano has a much simpler construction, ... In the photo's I'll compare the 14's to a Kayano 28 to show you how the later Kayano has a much simpler construction, no forefoot gel, basic sole with a less developed midsole. The modern Kayano just feels like a cheap shoe in comparison to the 14. I'll also include a picture of the 14 next to the 14RE so you can see the extra design details on the RE. Both the 14's are fantastic motion control shoes and really highlight how far the Kayano has fallen in recent years. Please Asics, either keep doing these re-issues or go back to this style of design/construction. Premium prices demand a premium product like the Kayano 14!... Show more

[Rewarded Review] Excellent Running Shoes and Idea colour for me
I am highly delighted with these running shoes. I am 82 years old and my marathon and long distance days are behind me. Notwithstanding, I am active on a daily basis with gym one day and a minimum walk of 2 miles on the alternative day. My previous shoes had lost their cushioning over the past few years, hence I needed a new pair. I looked for six months without success to find something not too bright and jazzy for an old bloke to be walking around my village. When I noticed the brown coloured version of these shoes, I knew right away that they were the ones. Consequently I purchased them, and am very happy with the look and the comfort and support from them. I am a fan of Asics. I won two national racketball titles wearing their squash shoes, and a county tennis ... MoreI am highly delighted with these running shoes. Whether I'll need another pair before I keel over I don't know, however if I do, I will be studying the Asics catalogue again.... Show more

[Rewarded Review] HOLY GRAIL OF RUNNERS
I bought the "Metallic Plum" Gel Kayano 14 and I could not believe how cold they are for a pair of sneakers that has remained so hot all these years. They are like edible gold here in the UK - hard to come by like gold dust and when they are restocked, they are eaten quickly. I bought mine online and stayed out all day for the post man not dissimilar to how my dog awaits my return home after dusk. I tipped the courier - I was that excited (although I did not shoe it oops I mean show it. I am that cool). He said it was the first time he had been tipped. He asked me why I had been so generous. I told him I have never been happier to own a pair of shoes "I do not intend to fully wear out". I live in Manchester and it rains everyday. He said "right". I have since wore ... Once I am out of the car, I change into my church shoes to go into office. Comfiest shoes ever. Slick design. Cold silvery touch. Gel technology is Jetson futuristic and still reminiscent of the 2000s. I am about to wear it now. I will still take them off before I get out, don't worry.... Show more

[Rewarded Review] Kayano - reliably solid shoe.
Bought these as I always used to wear 2010's, 2040, 2050 that sort of shoes, had a brilliant cross country shoe too, but recently Asics and other brands have gone for elasticated uppers and large wedge foams, which I find do not last well. The Kayano is oldstyle gel shoe, firm uppers and wrapping feel rather that the elasticated modernday counterparts. Not disappointed, size and fitting are fine, sturdy shoe. Missing the carbon rubber ahar heel pad, but otherwise a familiar good quality product... Show more

[Rewarded Review] Unexpectedly better than my first choice
So I was looking for new white shoes to replace my AF1s after 4 years of heavy use, and looking to do the same but with an ASICS shoe. Honestly, this was NOT even my first choice nor colour choice... but lo and behold, it's a very pretty colourway. Streaks even look dark green in some lighting which I love. Do size up though! I'm usually a UK 7 and ended up with a UK 8 box (I did order 41.5 on the website though).... Show more

Style meets comfort and legendary design
I was a little skeptical at first but these shoes in this color way has won me over. I’m a sneaker guy, I love shoes in general. You see a lot of Jordan 1s everywhere you go these days. This shoe is a great throwback to 15 years ago and is easily worn with jeans, slacks or workout gear. On top of the look they are just a great shoe design and extremely comfortable. Expand your sneaker collection! There’s more out there than what everyone else already has. The Kayano 14s are a great place to start.... Show more

Surprising Comfort & Style
First pair of Gel-kayano 14s. Love the look. Always really loved the style. But with wearing other shoes known for comfort and going back to “older tech,” was unsure how id like them. They are perfect stability wise and enough comfort. I would say by far my favorite shoe for the gym, where I do a mixture of heavy resistance training and finish with a HIIT circuit each day....
