Rooted in outdoor exploration, the Gel-Sonoma 15-50 draws heavily from ASICS’ 15-50 All Terrain Spike, which was originally designed for multi-surface running. This iteration follows suit in catering to roads as well as mountain trails, with an aggressive outsole grip that offers superior traction. The upper is inspired by the 15-50 All Terrain Spike, while additional components are pulled from the first two Gel-Sonoma trail shoes. ASICS’ patented Gel technology cushioning system is implemented as well to ensure a softer feel each step of the way.
