True to size.. I was recommended to buy these shoes by my Podiatrist as I had a foot injury resulting in Plantar fasciitis (inflammation of the tendons at the base of the feet). I am an active person due to the nature of my job. When I wear these shoes, I don’t feel the pain at all! They give full support to my feet, allowing me to move about comfortably.. I couldn’t ask for better shoes!!

I bought these trainers a while ago in the sea green colour and because they are so comfortable, I bought them in a darker colour for running and power walks. They feel very lightweight, the cushioning is just right and my feet don't get too hot.
