As an advocate for bare-foot play for children under 6 years of age wherever possible, these shoes have been a healthy alternative. They are light weight, bouncy, comfy and long lasting. My little man can put them on and take them off all by himself and is proud to show everyone his big school shoes.

I've been buying these shoes for my daughter since she started Prep (3 years ago now), and they are such a great quality school shoe! I literally only need to buy 1 pair per year because they are super durable. I love that they are super lightweight compared to other brands and not too hot during summer/are a breathable shoe. 10/10 would recommend.

Recommend for school and life. I have bought Hibana’s for my two girls since kindergarten, 3+ years. They have a roomy toe box without being oversized, and can take a beating in the playground. One of my girls had foot sensitivities when she was younger and this one of the few shoes she would wear without complaint.
Material is strong, water proof. My daughter needs extra support around the ankle as it often collapse to the middle. This shoes has the padded rigid support around the ankle which help her ankle to stay straight.
These definitely run small, my daughter is usually in a Junior size 8, but comfortably wears a size 10 in these. A great Kindy shoe, comfortable for play, looks great, and strong ankle support which was so important for my hyper flexible kiddo.
Great comfortable school shoe for active kids. My son doesn't want to take them off since we purchased. Easy to put on and off. Very happy with them and will purchase again.
It's very lightweight and comfortable. My daughter loves to wear it everyday to school. She said it's the best we bought by far. Would definitely purchase this again if it's still in stock next year.
Absolutely hopeless. Bought these for my 6 year old as his school shoes, he wore them for 5 days to school and they fell apart, the toe stitching was coming out and the velcro closure and leather came completely apart. Took them back for a refund before the next week. Very disappointed.
Very small sizing and unfortunate they were Velcro. I hoped sizing up that they would have been laces. I wasn’t 100% sure looking at the website. I bought these for my son who usually wears a 13 and he ended up in a 2
