Good price for a quality kids sneaker. The colour was also a draw card. Also as I prefer shoe laces over Velcro - which I find gets dirty, falls apart & becomes unusable - for kids old enough to use laces, this is one of the few options available.

the sneakers are well designed, and good. But the ones we took from the shop are not impeccable with some inperfections on the treads. We noticed that after we arrived home and opened the box, and the kid was eager to put them on.
This is the third pair of Contend ive bought for my daughter. She wears them to school and has never found any other trainer she likes so much. Great quality trainer. Goes through washing machine easily.
Nice comfortable shoe. Sizing between kids and womens a bit odd, in that 23.5cm is a 4 in kids, but 4.5 in womens, and the 4.5 womens comes up smaller than the kids size 4. Laces very short if you use all the holes, but thats the same with prvious asics too.
Always go with ASICS and just get next size online. Myer team always helpful and sent out the item as soon as they could. Daughter likes the colour and shoe lace type.
Great shoes that still look good after everyday use. Sizing on par with other ASICS branded shoes. Value for money as long lasting.

Asics are simply the best shoes! light weight, comdy and durable. absolutely worth it. my son wears these for school and finds the super comfy, i have to remind him to take them off at night!
