Asics' supremely cushioned support road running shoe reaches its 30th anniversary. This latest incarnation, Gel Kayano 30, sees some innovative upgrades. Asics’ designers have developed a new FF Blast Plus Eco midsole foam which is lighter, more ecologically conscious, with increased stack high for a better fit and softer feel. The new 4D guidance system stabilises the foot to promote a balanced stride, protecting against over-pronation, whilst offering maximum impact absorption. The upgraded upper is lightweight and breathable.
