Meanwhile, its trail-specific outsole is functional for running on off-road surfaces. The tongue wing construction improves fit by reducing tongue movement, while the supportive heel design helps to guide the foot with more control through the gait cycle.​ FF BLAST PLUS foam in the midsole creates a lighter, more energised rebound with 1mm added foam compared to the previous version.
