The Novablast family has revolutionized my running. I use them for distance running, long runs and threshold workouts. The Novablast 3 is an exceptionally good shoe, an upgrade from the already great first and second editions. Its bouncy, light and responsive. Novablast 3 is a bit lighter than the Novablast 2 and I experience it has more comfort than the Novablast 1. I could use this shoe for almpst every run.

Having owned the two previous iterations of the Novablast and loving the original in particular, these are an excellent development. They still have all the bounce of the original but more stability too (yet still definitely remaining a neutral shoe). I find they're ideal for a long, easy run but I've also used them for speed work too. If I could only have one type of shoe in my collection, this would be my winner.

Okay being honest here, I wasn’t a big fan of the original version of the Novablast as I found them unsupportive around the ankle. The second version I came to like, but this third version I absolutely love!! They are super light and bouncy and great for easy runs or when you want to up the pace a little. True to size and good space in the toe box. I have the Black / Dusty Purple colour which look fab!!

Great shoe, incredibly light weight and responsive. Good arch support without being uncomfortable and causing blisters.Not suitable for someone with an irritated achilles as the back is low so can rub especially if not wearing correct running socks.
I’ve previously run in the Novablast 2 so had a good idea of what to expect. I’m pleased to say that the 3’s are even better, with improved stability. What is really noticeable is the return when you up the pace - they come alive and give a really bouncy ride, where you feel like you’re cruising along. The fit is comfy and I love the colour way.
I absolutely love the Novablast range, and these have been no different. The support that you feel is excellent, I have quite wide feet but I've found these really comfortable, I also like the new style of tongue as it doesn't move around at all.I always buy a size up in trainers so I wear a UK7 and have really enjoyed my tempo and recovery runs in these!
I like the bouncy feeling with that high energy return!It's perfect for fit runners like me. The tongue is constructed in a way that will reduce movements. The midsole is very cushioned to the heel and forefoot for a great rebound: great comfort and performance! NOVABLAST 3 is perfect for short races 5k to 10k, distance training and recovery runs. EXTRA: the beautiful color and the upper midsole design inspired to the geometric origami.
I love this shoe, its so light and bouncy so I use them them for speed work but they are also comfortable enough to wear them on easy runs. I would be cautious about wearing them if its a little icy due to the grip but then again I would opt for a trail shoe in those conditions anyway. If you are looking for one shoe that assists with the majority of runs then the Novablast 3 really does cater for this
So I have loved the Novablast since day one. My Fav being the first version. The last version was my least fav as it just didnt have the same fit but this new shoe has taken it to another level. Its lighter, bouncier and the fit is much better (True to size).I would use this shoe for all my running including racing HM and upwards.
Absolutely LOVE these trainers, did a test drive 10k in them and they run like a dream. Felt like I was running on clouds. Suportive enough, structured enough, wide enough abs had a nice turn over. My first running pair was Aasics and I switched to Brooks... which I like, but I love these. The brand simply works for me and I don't think I'll switch again. They look pretty awesome too.
