The GT-1000 11 Lite-Show is an all-round running shoe for the overpronator. The ASICS GT-1000 11 Lite-Show is part of the Lite-Show collection, which is specially designed for runners who like to run in the dark. The Lite-Show technology reflects any light directed at it back to its source. The upper of jacquard mesh material ensures good air circulation and fresh feet. It also encloses the foot firmly without pinching for extra comfort. Pronation is countered by LiteTruss technology in the midsole, which provides greater support and integrity in the midfoot. FlyteFoam cushioning in the midsole is low-density and combined with GEL technology for soft landings. In addition, the OrthoLite X-30 insole offers a soft step-in comfort. An external heel counter provides more stability. The robust outsole has raised grooves for good grip off-road. It is also very durable thanks to AHAR rubber (Asics High Abrasion Rubber) which is applied in parts of the sole.
