stability for lateral movements, jumping around and light to moderate exercises using free weights (squats, lunges, upper body etc). The GT 1000 11 fits the bill as it has
plenty of cushioning, and fits snugger overall (toe box, dies, and heel) so I feel very secure and stable while doing gym classes and weight training. One foot is neutral and the
other slightly overpronates, and I find that the shoes that are made for overpronation are better for the class workouts & weight training that i do.

One thing that puzzled me was when you walk, the inside front tip where the big to is tilt inside. I am not too sure I would have liked that but if I could have tried these shoes in
my size I would know for sure. I wanted wide shoes because I have bunions but narrow heels and those shoes were wide enough in the front and narrow enough in the heel
area to fit me well. I also have a high instep and the shoes were comfortable.
