It’s a good shoe. Very comfy and super cute, color shifts in the light so sometimes they look purple. A bit snug but I just loosened the laces.

Good fit. I purchased the GT-2000 to replace the Asics Kayano 27 (and previous models). The Kayano have since changed, and the change is not good. They now have a very bulky sole and they feel different on the foot. Well, the GT-2000 is fairly close to the Kayano models I previously loved, and it will likely become my go-to running shoe (marathon running).
Very comfortable and supportive for running. These shoes have really helped with the splints I was developing from running. Only downside is that I find the heels get a little hot from the gel.
