My wife and kids all have Japan S sneakers in different colourways. It’s a beautiful shoe. The white on white is particularly nice (it should be part of the permanent rotation). They love the fit - as comfortable as it is good looking from day one. I only wish it was a bit wider, or came in wider sizes. It The curse of being a wide-footed former skateboarder is being destined to a life of ugly shoes.

When I wore these shoes once every two weeks, everything was fine. They were a little uncomfortable, but that was normal for new shoes. However, when the weather got colder and I started wearing them every day, a bad smell (like cat urine) appeared. I found online that this happens due to cheap materials, especially glue. I didn't expect to get poor quality shoes with poor materials from ASICS for not cheap price.

I saw these shoes online and loved them. Unfortunately when I went to try them on, I realised they have a manmade upper & so after walking around the store for a while, I put them back as they were not very forgiving.So saddened that they are not leather or even fabric that would be breathable & soften, rather than the more rigid man-made upper that won't mould to my foot over time.Call me when you change the cheap upper, I'll try it on then

Ordered to wear around with casual outfits/dresses. Shoes are super cute but killed my feet. I assumed they would offer some comfort with the "ortholite" but they didn't. I purchased some new insoles to find out the ones in the shoes were not removable. I peeled them out and put mine in. This makes them more comfortable but still they seem very stiff and only wear for short periods of time. I would have returned them but since I had worn them out the first time I didn't think I could.
Let’s face it, this shoe is just for leisure, not for comfort or running/walking. I bought these shoes for work. Bought 1 size up (as recommended by others, as they run a little small). Good advice.They are also a little narrow, but ok.Certainly. or as comfortable as a running shoe, but comfortable enough to wear at work for 8 hours.
I bought these shoes a couple of month ago, tried them a few times but extremely uncomfortable to wear. I have tiny feet and have never needed a wide fit but the right shoe is very awkward, just wont fit properly, to an extent that i feel there is a poor blood circulation in my toes; I hate it now, was very excited with the purchase but such a shame !! I wish i could refund it and save some money
Last time I missed it; so this time I bought it as soon as it was released again. So glad I did. I thought maybe it would look a little wide and make my feet look big, but to my surprise it made my feet look smaller. I’m so pleased with it that I wanted to purchase a second pair, but it’s sold out again (no surprise though). I will be on the lookout for when it’s released again. A definite buy again.
These are a great retro style but… the tongue on the right shoe keeps sliding to the right during wear. I called customer service and was told to put one part of the laces under the tongue and that would secure it. Yes it does but the laces under dig into my foot. Not a solutionI’d like to exchange them but already tossed the box.ASICS have been my go to but this is the second pair that have disappointed. Additionally the insole is pretty nonsupportive. I wish I could have help from ASICS to find a good replacement.
I was not expecting the insoles to be so cushiony when I ordered these, but I was very pleasantly surprised. These will be perfect for long shifts at work when I have to spend all day on my feet. These seem very well made. There are no loose threads or imperfections on either shoe, which is better than I can say for other more expensive shoes I’ve tried before. Also, the sage green color is super cute!
I love the look, I think they're super cute. But after wearing them all day the side of my right foot really hurts. I got a 8.5 which I always wear and they seem to fit, but I guess they're too narrow/stiff. I figured this would go away after some breaking in, but it's been a week and no such luck yet. Will they ever break in? We'll see. I'll keep trying a little longer, but I wouldn't buy them again or recommend them to a friend.
