The letters on the washer T208H started to disappeared with the letter C with just a finger wipe down off dust and gradually all letters started to disappearing. I'am very surprised by the poor quality of the washer's prints on the labelling that it is not embossed on, is these faulty prints on the dispenser or the design of ASKO that the prints are meant to be coming off with a single finger wipe? such a joke! It is very unpleasant that such an expensive washer with letters missing on the labelling that we haven't even done our first load of washing. ASKO or ASK? Ask yourself !!!

This item arrived very fast. The service was impeccable. The item is brilliant. You cannot cook wings so evenly by simply placing them on your grill and manually turning them over. You will get overdone burnt edges if you do that. These wings in the basket come out perfectly and uniformly cooked. They almost look like they have been fried (which they have not). When it comes to washing up the basket, I suggest just completely soak ( submerge) the basket and leave it overnight. The residue will just come off with the use of a sponge. No need to scrub.

I have had Asko appliances for the last 15+ years and when it was time to upgrade I had no hesitation in choosing a Asko Dryer. The menus are intuitive. Its a gentle and thorough dry and relatively quiet. I love that there are no messy seals and its really easy to maintain. I have been using it with very heavy wet loads (cloth nappies) and it really does dry them well. The only couple of things I've notice were not as great as older models; the water tank has a pull our spout which really doesn't allow the water to empty the tank quickly or fully. But this will be a mute issue when I attach it directly to the drain. Also the design of the lint trap has a sharp edge and lint gathers on top of this edge and has been transferring back to cloths on occasion. If I'd wanted a dint/ scratched model I would have been able to pick up one much cheaper than this. Overall if I get another 10+ years from this as I have with my older versions I'll be super happy.

Dryer was fairly good apart from taking a long time to dry, though just completely died after almost 4 years. The customer service is appalling with asko to get a technician out to look at it! Go with another brand
I bought this today - yes today. I have used it twice now - I had stacked up the laundry days and had to dry my sheets plus another load of clothing. Makes my bedsheets and clothing SO soft. No shrinking at all, except for some socks. Might not want to put those in... but other than that, amazing dryer. I love it. Hopefully lasts a long time
I finally caved and purchased an asko dryer to match the asko washing machine. Very happy with it so far. Auto drain option is great. Sits comfortably on a rubber mat (I didn’t bother either the 200 dollar shelf). One problem - the connection between asko and appliance of line failed. My dryer sat in a warehouse and was not delivered of the day it was supposed to. My tip- if you buy this dryer, call appliances online a few days before it is supposed to be delivered to confirm arrangement. Asko we’re not helpful at all, but once I called appliance on line they sorted things out quickly.
Bought this drier wanting to dry everything from shirts all the way to the bed linen. Forget about trying to dry large items like bed linen. It will just roll up into a ball and not dry leaving a very damp skanky smelling pile of wet that will need to be rewashed and dried elsewhere.
Leaves clothes feeling damp and have to constantly repeat cycles to dry. Anything bigger than a tea towel gets rolled in to a tight ball restricting drying even further. Don't bother trying to dry bath towels, let alone any kind of bedding!
We have had our 10kg Asko for close to 3years. It’s now past manufacturers warranty and into extended warranty period. It’s stopped spinning. After jumping through many hoops with asko to get a repair person out they were unable to diagnose problem. So they have left us without a dryer with a family of 8. We now wait for them to trouble shoot with asko and then have been told it’s a 10 week wait on parts. We were super happy with this dryer, upto this point. For the expense I’d have though it would last the entire warranty period at least and the customer service would be better with asko. We also purchased the 10kg asko front load washing machine and so far it’s been good. I’m dreading it having a problem now knowing repairs and parts are hard to diagnose and get.
the dryer itself was great, however we purchased the incorrect size and it would be dangerous to sit it on top of the smaller washing machine. Understandably, we knew we would take a substantial loss on return even though it was never used as it was partially taken out of the box. we tried contacting the relevant party in an attempt to return it and get another one of the correct size, however it was never picked up despite numerous calls that continued for months. We now have it sitting unused in the garage and are again living without a dryer as we can't afford to spend another $2,500 on a new one
