I purchased this product 5 months ago and find it is extremely harsh on fabric. It seems to pill almost everything, thins fabric, takes away softness, elasticity and generally ages everything. Even the delicate cycles give the same results. New clothing and older items that have been washed in other machines and have washed well now are pilled. I have experimented with most cycles and selections, detergents, wash with laundry bags, never overload, wash in cold water, 400 rpms spin, sort loads by fabric texture and weight etc to rule out operational error. In addition rinsing is a problem. Your clothing can be left with rubbish all over it. Particularly when washing fleece items and socks. Cannot recommend this model Asko as it is way too aggressive.

I love my new Asko washing machine. This is the second one I've had and buying in through online appliances ment l didn't even have to leave the house . The first one lasted 20 years. But not happy with the fact it was supposed to come with a $200 appliances online voucher, which l have not recieved yet. When read about it , it was supposed to be emailed to me within two weeks of purchase.

I am very happy with this washing machine. My last Asko performed brilliantly for 25years. This machine has a very efficient 30 minute 'quick' cycle which I use for just about every load. Like my last machine the wool cycle is great for anything delicate. The programs are very simple to use and the machine operation is quiet. Very good customer service and delivery from Appliances Online.

We previously had an Asko but this new model is even better. More cycles to suit all washes, very efficient and the spin cycle is awesome. Cloths come out clean, untangled and minimal drying required. We love it.

The biggest plus for me aside from the quality is that there are no messy seals and its really easy to maintain. I have been using it daily with very needy loads (cloth nappies) and it really does clean them thoroughly. The ability to easily adjust temps and settings from the standard settings is perfect for making sure you get a hygienic clean. The only small annoyance at this point is that when the cycle is completed you get a notice that the cycle has been completed and ask if you want to start a new cycle rather than just returning to the main menu when completed. Friendly professional Asko bloke delivered, installed, test run, showed us how to operate, removed all packaging & the old Asko machine. This washing machine is super quiet, extremely efficient washing everything from delicates to grotty gardening clothes. No pilling whatsoever, even washed the quilted mattress protector with no clumping. Wash cycle times standard for front loader. Use mostly the Auto setting only 1.5-2 hrs. Highly recommend it. Ensure you pay the extra $79.00 for Asko to pay install. Clearly a good investment.
I had an asko dishwasher once which lasted a long time and then we moved out of that house. The same year we replaced a Bosch washing machine after numerous F & P with a Meile whichwas so OVERATED. It fully broke down 4 years later and was going to cost $1100:00 to fix!! Seriously!! So I bought an asko which was $500 more that the other brands. It’s been great in the first month. Just be careful as you think you’ve turned it on but the pause button shares with the on/off button which is pretty silly. And the 1600 spin is not good for cottOnes If you have the $$ definitely buy it over a Meile I I always wanted to get a asko washing achie
Recently upgraded my ten year old ASKO washing machine and dryer (Still in working order) to the new Front loader and Heat Pump dryer. Dream machine doesn't even come close. Quiet, easy to operate and the same excellent results with washing and drying. Loving the new programs for heavy bedding and towels and as always still wash all my silk and woolen items with excellent results. Cleaning of filters on the dryer has been stream lined and no longer a hassle. Service and delivery with Online appliances was hassle free.
Weve had nothing but problems since we got this machine. In the first month it wouldnt turn on. 2 trips later the technician ordered a replacement machine. Weve had nothing but problems since. I will give the customer service full support. And they do help. However this is likely due to the extra work they get from a sub-par product. So are well versed in trying to appease the customer. Our current issues are the soap tray will not flush properly and we have to run numerous rinse cycles (2-3 minimim) to ensure all soap is removed from the laundry load. This latest issue has taken many weeks and we still have no timeline as to when it will be resolved.
I bought this washing machine which was a disaster from day one! Trying to get a hold of ASKO was impossible (short staffed they say) they are negligent and careless. My machine was a lemon from the get go and they’re still trying to repair not replace!!
