(70 reviews)

This ASKO Logic Front Load Washer has a 10kg capacity and 5 star energy and water ratings, so you can wash more in one go, while also saving water and electricity. The W4104C is a front load washer so it is extra gentle on your clothes, and has a 1400rpm spin speed to remove moisture and start the drying process before you've even finished washing. Despite the high spin speed, this washer is quiet and almost completely vibration-free thanks to ASKO's Quattro Construction. Both the inner and outer drum sit on four shock absorbers to keep your washer stable and as still as possible. You'll find the perfect program for your clothes with 21 programs to choose from including Hygiene and Allergy care cycles for specialised garment treatment. You can customise your wash further with ASKO's wash modes. Washers in the Logic range, like the W4104C have 5 wash modes to add to most programs. Leave the mode as Normal, or select Green to use less energy and water, while Speed is perfect when you're in a rush. Intense mode adds a bit of extra cleaning power for particularly dirty loads, while Allergy is ideal if you have sensitive skin. For improved hygiene, this ASKO washing machine has a Steel Seal door, so dirt won't gather and stick like it does with rubber seals. The door also has a 307mm diameter to make loading and unloading easier. This ASKO 10kg Logic Front Load Washer is a great choice for doing lots of laundry in one go while keeping energy and water use low.

Asko do not make quality products

I purchased my Asko washing machine 5 years ago. Within the first year, Asko had to replace the control panel under warranty. Now the control panel is not working again
and the pump has failed. I have been quoted half the purchase price to repair this machine, so will be replacing my washing machine, but NOT WITH an ASKO. They are
lemons and their customer service is not easy to deal with. The gentleman was not interested in helping me at all. I have been told by several salesmen that I should have got
more than 5 years out of this expensive product.

I have had Asko appliances for the last 15+ years and when it was time to upgrade I had no hesitation in choosing a Asko washing machine. The menus are intuitive. The
biggest plus for me aside from the quality is that there are no messy seals and its really easy to maintain. I have been using it daily with very needy loads (cloth nappies) and
it really does clean them thoroughly. The ability to easily adjust temps and settings from the standard settings is perfect for making sure you get a hygienic clean. The only
small annoyance at this point is that when the cycle is completed you get a notice that the cycle has been completed and ask if you want to start a new cycle rat... Show more

Many times service, door lock failed and rubber failure, Then it's been off balance from the start with Asko service offering another 12months warranty which has just expired
as of last month. Their serviceman for our area being gruff, angry doing work for a company that does not care. Now the imbalance has gotten so bad that is knocks around
the machine on the concrete flooring damaging the door surround, door hinge etc etc. The last time it was serviced the signs of imbalance was there also but we just gave up
and thought this is life with an Asko machine.

Excellent washer
8 April 2020
This was our first front loading machine apart from a Hoover Keymatic 55 years ago. It was great but they could not maintain parts. After a couple of top loaders we purchased our first front loader. We had Asko products before and have been impressed. Against advice from everybody but the salesman we went ahead. It is wonderful, after 12 months of constant use as a cold water washer it has been faultless and washes everything better than any other machine we have had. Even when a selected special wash was selected it does everything my critical wife demands. Like most front washers it does take longer than a top loader. We looked an another expensive machine but were turned off by the regular sight of the repair van in the district.... Show more

Extended warranty is useless
18 July 2022
I bought this washing machine three years ago. Whilst under warranty, needed to get the glass door replaced as it broke (underwire bras however manual advised that the machine can wash underwires). It is now under extended warranty and the suspension has died making an awful clunking noise. Noises are not covered by extended warranty. Two months before I can get anyone to look at it. In the process of working out what was going wrong, the machine then got another crack in the glass door whilst washing due to the poor suspension. A ridiculous waste of money for both the machine and the extended warranty. Going back to my back up machine that continues to just keep going.... Show more

Outstanding Product

Recently upgraded my ten year old ASKO washing machine and dryer (Still in working order) to the new Front loader and Heat Pump dryer. Dream machine doesn't even come close. Quiet, easy to operate and the same excellent results with washing and drying. Loving the new programs for heavy bedding and towels and as always still wash all my silk and woolen items with excellent results. Cleaning of filters on the dryer has been stream lined and no longer a hassle. Service and delivery with Online appliances was hassle free.... Show more

STAY AWAY - ZERO STARS- I had the dryer too

STAY AWAY from ASKO machines. - I got a full refund on the washer and the dryer. I used the money to buy an Electrolux 10kg front load wash and 9kg front load dryer - these machines are half the price (and I mean that HALF the price), softer on the cloths, quieter in operation & simpler to use (actually quicker to get a load on! and quicker in comparison when used with a sensing load) and they actually sense the size of the load very well and adjust the time accordingly. We purchased the ASKO because they had great power consumption stats - after owning them I can tell you why - the Aus standards for testing does not reflect the real world result you want from your machines - in short ASKO have "met" the testing criteria, but fail the in home tests - even CHOICE ... MoreSTAY AWAY from ASKO machines. - I got a full refund on the washer and the dryer. I bought this 10kg washing machine along with the 10kg dryer from ASKO. From day one we had issues with the program controls of the child lock function on the dryer (in short we had to turn it off at the power point after EVERY load to reset the child lock to use the machine and turn off the child lock!). The washing machine performed ok to start with... after six months of disgraceful support from ASKO service techician in regards to the child lock issue on the dryer (i might add the customer support team on the phones where ok and understanding - however extremely busy and overworked... read in that what you like! After my experience I am not surprised). Basically the tech was found wanting in his abilities, ASKO management didn't care (we made multiple calls over the time and pleaded to talk to management about our issue but just got stone walled). THEN after six months of use, my washing machine started to run out of balance (and I mean really bad). I could write the full story hear to prove we are not fools and read the manual and loaded the machine correctly and took great care of it - in order for you to believe me, but the reality is I'm writing yet another review in a sea of reviews... who do you believe! SO I will say this, I'm a 20year highly technically trained mechanic, I build and maintain complex mobile plant and equipment with much more smarts and moving parts in them than these machines ever will have... I read and write equipment manuals for a living as part of what I do. Everything I own that is not under warranty is self repaired (I mean everything except the A/C gas and fridge/freezers - I don't have the certification for this gas nor access to the gas!). Needless to say I read the manuals, we took great care of our machines and had a legitimate problem with both. The ASKO technician came to my home and wasted my time. So as part of the last call-out (fifth for the dryer issue unresolved and first for the washing machine) we had the two issues logged (washing machine out of balance & dryer child lock) the Techician was allocated 2hrs to be at our home and left after 35mins. He didn't even look at the dryer. His report basically said nothing wrong with the machines!!! I wanted to call his boss and let him know this guy is failing your product and your company. I tried to get to management again but had no luck (maybe he was doing exactly what management wanted...) I asked for a tech from another firm to be sent out. This was arranged, but then I got a call from customer support the day before to say they couldn't authorise the tech, Because the report from their guy said there wasn't a problem with the machines! I lost my patience asked to speak to management, got know where again and as a result, threatened legal action and ended up getting offered to have the machines replaced... I asked for refund and eventually got it. STAY AWAY from ASKO machines.... Show more

Unhappy with the purchase
14 January 2023
I brought the washing machine 6 months ago and do not like it thought it may grown on me. The sales person recommended it to us however I am really unhappy with the machine. I wish I could return it for the brand we previously had. It is very temperamental with the amount of detergent you can use - your machine will leak water if you use too much. clothes never come out smelling like fabric softner! The count down time does not work overnight so I cannot set a load to be done ready for the morning. It is also very loud. The machine is suppose to prompt you with a message when to clean it and that has never happened on my machine either.... Show more

Worst electrical item ever purchasex
2 September 2021
Let me start by saying my old washing machine before this one was an Asko that lasted me 12 years, and I've left positive reviews for that. This one is the worst dud. What makes it worse, was Asko customer service. It died 2 weeks after it ran out of warranty. It was back and forth between ACCC and Asko for 6 weeks. I was without a washing machine for the long before they repaired it under warranty. 1 year after that, it died again for a different reason. This time, it was going to cost $1430 to repair. Not good enough for a $2300 washing machine. Terrible after sales service... Show more
