The package arrived and delivered in time and in good condition. Well packed, bubble wrapped outside the box and also the main box of the video card. Absolutely perfect and legitimate indeed! Registered the graphics card serial number and immediately detected by Asus official website . Also Improved my gaming performance since I am using a 720p monitor. Great gaming performance!! Many thanks to seller and Lazada! 5 stars for this one.

My son has an Lenovo desktop that is from 2013 and he uses it mainly for playing Minecraft (Java edition) on Windows 10. He was getting a very unsteady 60 FPS in Minecraft, that would momentarially shoot up to 110 FPS, or down to 20 FPS. Needless to say the GPU on the OEM motherboard was not getting the job done. If I was to put in a dedicated GPU it could not be one of those fancy 3-fan, 300-watt, 25cm cards either -- I only had room for a Low Profile (half-height), PCIe-powered 75-watt-max card (no extra power leads!).With advice from technicians at CCLOnline, I bought this card, and installation was easy. I downloaded the latest driver and software from the ASUS website. Now my son gets a reliable 200 FPS on Minecraft, and heat has not been any problem.

I wanted a fan free graphics card to run drone simulators, and this fitted the bill. Takes two slots - but the heatsink stops in time that another mounting panel for other extra ports off another card will still fit (not true of all 1030 cards). No extra power supply needed. Comes with normal and low profile panels. Only two connectors - DVI-D and HDMI, but OK for me. Replaced an R5 230, and the simulator frame rate jumped by 10x. Well pleased.

Not bad for an older system upgrade
14 November 2021

I wanted to improve upon a cheap Dell Optiplex refurb I copped to satisfy basic desktop and some light gaming needs better than the discreet performance of the pre installed intel 3770. I also didn't want to spend a fortune on it, or risk purchasing a second-hand GPU that had more oomph. Basically this was to enable a stop-gap need for a decent PC until I collect components for my eventual custom rig (with timing again difficult to determine because of the current market conditions). This little guy does just fine. Improved upon the performance of Microsoft Game Pass noticeably on most low-demand titles. I can't recommend this card for everyone, as the price is a bit high for such an old card, my overclock experience with it is nothing mind blowing, and it limits you to one hdmi and one display port output. But if you have an older system your trying to slightly upgrade for a fairly reasonable price and without additional power needs, it works just fine.

Review of Asus GeForce GT 1030 2GB Passive Low Profile Graphics Card
3 January 2019

Good Points: Bought this card for my old computer and it matches the processor pretty well. Amazed that it keeps so cool without a fan but only used as a general card for streaming and photoshop, not gaming, and it performs much better than my previous card.Simple to install, although cd didn’t load at first so had to manually extract the driver and then all worked well on win 7, after changing my bios to PnP.Very happy with it.Improvement Points: Getting the driver was a nuisance but got there in the end. I believe the problem was the old processor and MB that I have but once I sorted this all went fine and is working well.

Review of Asus NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030 2GB 1506MHz GDDR5 Graphics Card
10 May 2021

Good Points: 1 Displayport and 1 HDMI Port. Impressive for an entry-level GPU. It is ready to connect the latest Monitors and easy to connect old Monitors via DVI and VGA since there are plenty of cables for DP or HDMI output to DVI or VGA input (the other way round is not common).I had just installed a KVM (Keyboard Switch Mouse) so that I can easily switch between 2 Desktops sharing a Keyboard, Mouse, 2 Monitors, and all other peripherals like Hard Drives, USB Hubs, and Web Cams. The KVM requires a Display port. On my 5-year-old PC, this Card provided that DP Port.Improvement Points: Add an additional DP or HDMI port for a sweet Tripple Monitor setup

The GT1030 from Asus is a graphics card that is completely passively cooled. Since it operates without a fan and relies solely on the airflow of the case for cooling, the card produces no noise. Thanks to the Auto-Extreme production process, Asus guarantees the highest quality of the components used. Although the GeForce GT 1030 is Nvidia's slowest graphics card with a Pascal chip, it only requires 30 watts and supports 4K HEVC content with HDCP 2.2 protection. This makes the model ideal for mini PCs in the living room. For those looking to use the graphics card beyond videos, it provides sufficient performance for 1080p gaming with reduced details.
