The ROG Strix GeForceGTX 1050 Ti gaming graphics card features many exclusive ASUS technologies, including DirectCU II with patented dual wing blade fans for 30% cooler and 3X quieter performance, as well as industrial-grade Auto Extreme technology for premium quality and reliability. Aura RGB lighting enables personalisation of the gaming system. The ROG Strix GeForceGTX 1050 Ti also features GPU Tweak II with XSplit gamecaster for intuitive performance optimizations and live streaming of the game. The exclusive DirectCU-II cooling technology features heatpipes with direct contact to the GPU that dissipate more heat from the GPU, putting reference cooling models in the shade by allowing up to 30% cooler gaming performance. DirectCU II features three 0dB fans designed according to a patented new wing blade design that provides maximum airflow and improves static pressure across the heat sink by 105%, with 3x quieter operation compared to reference models. The 0dB fans make it possible to enjoy games in absolute silence - so ASUS graphics cards with DirectCU II are among the quietest and coolest graphics cards on the market. During gameplay, the temperature of the GPU is often higher than that of the CPU. However, the case fans are normally controlled in relation to the CPU temperature, resulting in inefficient cooling of the system. For optimum cooling performance, the ROG Strix GeForce GTX 1050 Ti graphics cards are equipped with a GPU-controlled 4-pin connector to which case fans can be connected for targeted cooling.
