Terrific monitor. I have an Apple Notebook and have been using that with a massive gaming monitor I have at home. I returned to work and just wanted to use my notebook instead of the work PCs. This monitor was the perfect size for multi-sheet processing and simply connects from the USB-C connection on the laptop. Good resolution, plug and play convenience, nice and light and fits perfectly in my laptop bag.
This monitor is excellent, it "feels" bigger than 15.6" and is incredibly bright and readable. As a professional software developer, it gives me the ability to work on the road without lugging a massive notebook around.
It looks kinda cheap at first because it's really light but when you start using it then you realize how good it is. If you can no longer work without two screens and need one to use with your laptop then it's perfect for you.
I'm glad I opted for this model instead of the touch or battery powered versions as it's more affordable and probably much easier to set up with the built-in kickstand rather than messing around with a foldable case, which the screen could potentially slip from. I was able to adjust the screen colours to match my laptop more closely and have had no problems with using it as a second screen with the USB C cable. I really like the clean, simple design and it has made working from home much more enjoyable and productive.
The screen works brilliantly. Very convenient not having to use a separate power source. Love the ability to use landscape or portrait. Sleeve for storage and travel excellent. Delivery was delayed a little but this was on Aust Post supposedly due to Covid! All in all very happy customer. Thanks Scorptec.
