Replaced my failing 1060 that I burnt out from maxing all my games for the last 3 1/2 years. It runs incredibly cool even when under load. The air was still cool coming out of the case when I was playing RE Village for hours. No signs of struggling. Just a powerhouse for the money. Got it used but still smelled like new and was in excellent condition. Great purchase.

Having upgraded from an Asus Strix R9 380 4GB to this is a huge step up. It plays all my games on high/ultra settings @ 1080p, achieving fairly stable 60fps, which is exactly what I wanted it to do. It seems a very capable card at 1440p too, from what games I have tested it at on that resolution. Asus build quality is as always fantastic, the card looks beautiful in my rig, especially with the RGB light on the side. The GPU Tweak 2 software works really well and is easy to use and understand. Temperatures are nice and low and stable. Overall it seems a very reliable and capable card that I'm sure will see me through this current videogame generation without a problem. Shame it costs so much, but that just is what it is. Compared to general prices for the Nvidia ... MoreHaving upgraded from an Asus Strix R9 380 4GB to this is a huge step up. I've always preferred how Radeon software works anyway, and feel AMD cards have much better longevity. So overall I'm a very happy customer.

I have a LGA 2011 X79 chipset from 2012. I removed my crossfire 7870's put in the 6600 XT and wouldnt post. Fan kicked on along with the cards RGB, but wouldnt post. after much research i updated my BIOS from A05 to A11 after that the motherboard did its POST and iv been been in gaming heaven ever since. Great card runs cool, looks great. I use for 1080p gaming but i can play most games in 4 k no problem.

Upgraded from an Asus STRIX RX 480 8GB OC to this card and it can't be beat for the price to performance ratio. I've had a massive improvement in gaming and GPU workload performance and with my motherboard only supporting the PCIe generation the precedes it, a motherboard upgrade will get me improve about 10-15% more. Chose STRIX because it's been dependable and stable and I've only had to upgrade for upgrade's sake.
At £231 this card is awesome value. Smashes everything at 1080p with high frame rates, and found everything very playable at 1440p. Very cool as well, not been over 56° yet. Easy to recommend for 1080/1440p gaming.
The other reviews are mad because they think this is a $600 msrp card. Truth is, it's an $800 msrp card because it's an ROG Strix card. ASUS makes a less expensive option. The other reason they're mad is because of the upcharge on the sale. Well, this seller had it for less expensive than anyone else, so meh. I love this card. First of all, it's gorgeous. Such a beautiful looking card, for real. It fits right into my phanteks enthoo evolv atx case with plenty of room, and it fits in with my other ROG hardware beautifully. The RGB effects are dope. Secondly, it's fast as heck. I'm really into how it basically doubles the performance of my old RX 580. I'm impressed. Good work, AMD! One of my pics is for comparison with my old card, the MSI GamingX RX 580
Very solid card for what it's worth. In an alternate universe with no COVID-19, I would not have purchased this for the price that I did (it was bundled with a motherboard that I have no use for). BUT I'm impatient and wanted to play games and build another PC. This is the best value right now. When prices return to normal (IF they do) the 3060 ti is a better value. But here we are. Otherwise just keep rolling the Shuffle dice and stay in your virtual queue line with EVGA. Crypto isn't going anywhere, so the sooner we accept that, they better off we will all be. TL;DR - buy it or don't.
Finally upgraded my 1060 6g card. I refused to pay the scalpers their blood money. While I would have liked to get a more powerful card, Im glad it was a AMD card since Nvidia has taken advantage of its customers. Theyve made their money from scalpers and miners, but have lost me and others for the foreseeable future. I cant recommend AMD cards and CPUs enough ( rocking a 5600x).
Really nothing else to say. Great RX 6600 XT as stated in the listing. As far as I know, it came with all the original packaging which is good news to me as I like to keep the boxes of all my electronics. There was also not a single sign that this GPU was second hand other than the slight coat of dust on the side and on the bottom of the fan, which is way better than what I would have expected. Overall, way better than my CZN Radeon 8.
If you are in the market for new gen parts in early 2021 life is tough. I bought this because I was open to AMD though not a fanboy, I like that its a lot more vram than 3080, I dont care about RTX, and I already had 5600x cpu to go with it. Basically I started out to buy 3080 but when this Strix liquid cooled model is going for what a 3080 vanilla is going for I went with Strix 6800XT. Very happy with speed and features. Basically runs 4k ultra at or over 100fps on virtually any title. 2k ultra around 200fps in most new titles. Runs RTX too but not a priority for me. I can only say its a value compared to other bad values / inflated prices. Wait if you can but if you cant I can definitely recommend this product based on performance.
